Two products, one choice

Program Overview

Mastermind vs bootcamp is a choice between two different products taught by the same trainers. The bootcamp is a short course on one part of the agency. The mastermind is the full programme across a year. The question is which one fits the problem you have this month. Choosing wrong costs money either way. A year is too much if you only need more clients. A short course is too little if clients come in but the agency still depends on you for everything.

The bootcamp is fourteen live sessions of three hours, with one topic in each. The topics run from positioning and pricing, through the lead generation channels, to closing high ticket clients and staffing. Sessions run every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running, in Lahore and live online at the same time.

You can buy the bootcamp a session at a time, from $125. You keep what you take away. That means the recordings, for up to two partners, plus the slides and the templates.

The mastermind is the whole agency, built in order across a year. It covers sales, lead generation, systems, team, finance, brand, international markets, AI and exit. It also gives you what a taught session cannot.

There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. You get one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it, on your own agency. In the third week of the month, the roundtable puts two hand picked owners in the hot seat in front of their peers. Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, is open to you every day. There is a retreat every three months and an international trip each year.

The mastermind is a yearly commitment, capped at twenty agencies. Separately, members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free.

So decide by the problem, not the price. If the gap is clients coming in, start with the bootcamp. If the gap is everything after the client arrives, choose the mastermind. That means delivery, hiring, pricing, the numbers and your own role in the agency. The chooser below asks about your agency as it is today and tells you which one fits.

One thing to know first

Mastermind members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free.

Choosing the mastermind is not choosing against the bootcamp. What that means in practice:

  • The lead generation sessions are not something you give up by choosing the year.
  • Each bootcamp subject sits in a quarter of the mastermind year that works on the same ground, on your own agency.
  • A bootcamp bought before you join is a separate purchase. Its fee is not taken off the mastermind price.

Which one fits your agency

Who It Is For

Both are built for digital marketing and software development agencies. Answer the questions below about your agency as it is today. Each question starts on the bootcamp answer, so change any answer that does not describe you. The result follows the side with the most answers.

  1. 01What needs fixing first?
  2. 02What can you commit to?
  3. 03What kind of help do you want?
Bootcamp

Start with the bootcamp

Your gap is clients coming in, and the bootcamp is built for exactly that. It is fourteen live sessions, bought all at once or a session at a time. If you later need help with delivery, hiring and pricing as you grow, the mastermind picks up from there.

Mastermind

The mastermind fits

Your gap is the whole agency, not one channel, and the mastermind year is built for that. It works through sales, systems, team, finance and the rest in order. You get one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it, plus the roundtable and the retreats. Separately, every bootcamp held during your one year membership is free, so you do not give up the lead generation sessions.

Here is the whole difference, row by row.

Who teaches both

Coaches And Subject Matter Experts

You are not choosing between teams. Both are taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. They use the same playbooks in their own companies. What you learn in a bootcamp session is what the mastermind builds on.

  • Hamid MahmoodCEO, author of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z

Hamid has used every agency model in his own companies. The advice on branding, finances and leadership comes from running those businesses.

  • Umair AmjadSales and staffing coach

Umair built the staff augmentation practice taught in the programme. The advice on pricing, closing and staffing comes from running that business.

    Where Umair posts

  • Asim NaeemEmail marketing and LinkedIn

Asim works on defining your ideal client and reaching them through LinkedIn and email. That experience also covers the automation supporting your outreach.

Alongside the Friday sessions, members book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert whenever they need it, on their own agency.

FAQs

What is the difference between the mastermind and the bootcamp?

The bootcamp is a short course on getting clients in, and the mastermind is a full year of work on the whole agency. The bootcamp is fourteen live sessions of three hours on lead generation, sales and scaling models. Sessions run every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running, from $125 a session. The mastermind has a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. It adds one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it, and the roundtable in the third week of the month. There is a retreat every three months and an international trip each year. The mastermind is capped at twenty agencies.

If I join the mastermind, do I still get the bootcamp?

Yes, mastermind members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free. Each bootcamp subject also sits in the quarter of the mastermind year that covers the same subject. Choosing the year does not mean giving up the lead generation sessions.

Can I start with the bootcamp and move to the mastermind later?

Yes, you can start with the bootcamp and join the mastermind later. The bootcamp sells single sessions and the full run, with no yearly commitment. If you then want the whole agency rebuilt in order, the mastermind is a separate purchase. The bootcamp fee is not taken off its price. Once you join, every bootcamp held during your one year membership is included.

Which one is better for a very small agency?

It depends on your gap, not on the size of your agency. If clients are not coming in, the bootcamp is the faster fix. If clients come in and the agency still runs through you, the mastermind is built for that, whatever the headcount.

Are the same coaches in both?

Yes. Hamid, Asim and Umair teach in both, so the method you meet in a bootcamp session is the one the mastermind builds on. In the mastermind you also get one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it, on your own agency.
