What these worksheets are
Overview
They are the pages at the back of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z, one for every chapter of the book. A chapter argues for a decision. The worksheet is where you make it against your own numbers, which is the part that most agency books leave to the reader and most readers never do.
Every one carries the quarter of the mastermind year it belongs to, which means a worksheet is not a thing you fill in when you find an afternoon. It has a place in the year, and in the programme somebody asks you for it.
Each one sits behind the chapter it comes from, so the answer you write has an argument under it. That is what makes a sheet defensible in a room of other owners rather than just complete.
They do not run in chapter order either. Chapter 1 asks who you actually are and what you are genuinely good at, and its worksheet falls due in the last quarter, because the honest version of that answer needs a year of evidence behind it. Chapter 23 sits in section four of the book and comes due in the first quarter. The book is written to be read straight through. The worksheets are scheduled in the order an agency can take them.
Thirty sheets is only useful if you can tell which one you need.
All thirty, and what each one fixes
What Is Inside
Grouped by the part of the agency they settle rather than by chapter order, because that is how you pick one. Each group links to the coaching track that goes deeper on the same ground, and every sheet carries the quarter it falls due in.

Who We Coach
The self assessment the whole book starts from.
- 01First Things First: Knowing OneselfQuarter 4
Ten tracks, and every one of them has a coaching silo behind it, so a worksheet is never the end of the subject.
Knowing which one you need is not the same as doing it.
How to actually use them
How To Use It
Three steps, and the order carries most of the value.
- 01
Read the chapter first
Every sheet sits behind an argument, and the argument is what makes your answer defensible later. Filled in cold, a worksheet returns a tidy answer to a question nobody has asked you yet.
- 02
Answer it with your own numbers
Your figures, your clients, your team. Two agencies can complete the same sheet honestly and reach opposite conclusions, which is the point of doing it rather than reading about it.
- 03
Bring it to the quarter it falls due in
In the mastermind every sheet has a Friday. That is when it gets read back to you by owners running a business the same size as yours, and it is the difference between a filled sheet and a decision.
The programme asks for the same thing in return: turn up live, do the work, bring it back. Attendance is the first thing it measures, and that is what makes it a cohort rather than a shelf of recordings.
