Agency Resources

Every agency rewrites the same contract, the same proposal and the same process document from scratch, and pays for it in hours nobody bills. LeadGenDone’s resources are the documents, guides and comparisons our members work from, gathered in one place and tied to the part of the programme that teaches you when to use each one.

Overview

What Agency Growth Resources Covers

An agency runs on documents most owners write once, badly, under pressure: the contract for a new client, the agreement for a new hire, the proposal due tomorrow, the process nobody wrote down. Each one gets rewritten for the next client, and the hours disappear into work nobody bills.

LeadGenDone’s resources gather the documents, guides and community that the programmes run on. The contracts, agreement templates, blueprints, SOPs and sales templates come with the bootcamp’s cohort tiers. Legal contracts, vendor agreements and the staff augmentation and cross selling SOPs sit in the mastermind’s resources and support. Around them are the guides that help an owner choose, and the community where members keep the record.

None of it is meant to be used on its own. A contract is only useful once you know which client it is for, and an SOP only once the work it describes is yours. So each resource is tied to the session or the quarter of the year that teaches you when to use it.

This page is the index to all of it, and a map of where each piece is built into your own agency across the year.

The problems

The Problems It Solves In A Digital Agency

Each problem below is one the book names, and each points at a kind of resource built to end it.

  1. Everything lives in your head

So nothing runs without you. SOPs and blueprints write the work down, so it is documented and repeatable.

  2. Contracts are an afterthought

Until they are an emergency. Contracts and agreement templates make the business defensible before anything goes wrong.

  3. Nobody owns a number

So nobody owns an outcome. KPI sheets give every role a figure it answers for.

  4. Happy clients leave no trace

And your best work is invisible to the next buyer. A portfolio and case studies library makes satisfaction visible evidence.

That is the problem. This is everything in the hub.

Who it fits

Who This Is For: Agency Owners, Freelancers, C Level

The same library reads differently depending on where you sit. Choose yours.

Choose who you are

Owner

Start with

The SOP library and the contracts

Why
The agency runs on you, and on documents rewritten for every client.
Then
Write the work down so it runs without you, quarter by quarter in the mastermind.

Freelancer

Start with

The templates and the comparisons

Why
You have the skill and not yet the paperwork or the structure of an agency.
Then
Choose a format honestly before you pay for one, starting with a single bootcamp session.

Executive

Start with

The KPI and dashboard templates

Why
You run a function, and the question is which number each role answers for.
Then
Every role carries a figure, reviewed weekly by department.

That is who it is for. This is what owners wrote.

FAQs

FAQs

Are the templates and contracts free to download?

They come with the programmes rather than as separate downloads: with the bootcamp’s cohort tiers, from $599, and in the mastermind’s resources and support. A single bootcamp session at $125 comes with its own resource pack.

Can I use the contracts as they are?

They are templates to adapt to your own agency, your own clients and your own terms. The programmes teach which document fits which situation, which is why each one is tied to a session or a quarter.

What is the difference between a template and the roadmap?

A template is a starting point. In the mastermind the roadmap has you build your own version quarter by quarter: KPIs in the first, delivery blueprints in the second, contracts and reports in the third, the case studies library in the fourth.

Which resource should I start with?

It depends on your stage. Owners stuck as the bottleneck usually start with SOPs and contracts; freelancers with templates and the format comparisons; executives with KPI sheets. Tell us your stage and we will point you to the right programme.
