Live Bootcamp vs Recorded Course

If you have bought a course before, you know the pattern: good videos, tidy notes, and an agency that looks the same a month later. The bootcamp is built the other way round: fourteen live sessions with the recordings included, and a room that expects you back next week with something done.

  • Fourteen live sessions, three hours each
  • Recordings included
  • One session from $125

Three questions decide it

  1. Will you implement between sessions? The bootcamp assumes somebody will, even if that is only you
  2. Can you be live three hours a week?Fourteen Wednesdays, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time
  3. Do you want your own situation answered?A recording answers the questions somebody else asked

Watching is not the hard part

Overview

Watching was never the hard part. The hard part is the Monday after, when the notes are tidy and the agency is exactly where it was. That is rarely a discipline problem. A recording cannot ask what you did since last week, and it cannot look at your list, your offer or your price and tell you which one is wrong.

The bootcamp is built around exactly those two gaps. Fourteen live sessions of three hours, one topic each, taught in person in Lahore and online at the same time by operators who run the same playbook in their own companies. After each one there is a small assignment and a Q&A thread for that topic, and a Basecamp roadmap holds the week by week plan.

It also contains everything a course would. Every session is recorded for up to two partners, the slides come with every seat, and the cohort tiers add the contracts, SOPs and sales templates. So the real difference in live bootcamp vs recorded course is not live against recorded. It is recordings alone, against recordings plus a room that expects you back with something done.

That expectation is what changes an agency, and the bootcamp asks for it plainly: turn up live, do the assignment, use the threads. If you want a library to work through alone, this is not it. If you want to finish fourteen weeks able to source a real list, run outreach at safe volumes and hold your price through the objections, it is.

What Is Inside

From what a course gives you to what only a room gives you. Choose what to compare, and each layer answers.

Compare by
  1. The course layer

    Recordings and slides

What you get: Every session recorded for up to two partners, with its slides

What it asks of you: Nothing at all. You watch when it suits you.

What it is for: Catching up on a missed week, and letting a partner follow the material without a second seat

  2. The live layer

    The session

What you get: Three hours live on one topic, in Lahore and online at the same time, with your own questions answered in the room

What it asks of you: Turn up live, every week. Being in the room is the first thing that counts.

What it is for: Having your own list, offer or price looked at, not a general answer. Objection handling runs as live hot seat drills.

  3. The implementation layer

    Between sessions

What you get: A Basecamp roadmap, a small assignment after each session and a Q&A thread per topic, plus, in the cohort tiers, contracts, SOPs, sales templates and the crowd fund on leads data

What it asks of you: Do the assignment before the next session, and use the threads to ask and to help.

What it is for: Something running in the agency by next week, instead of a folder of notes

That is what one seat holds. This is where to start with it.
