Coaching For Digital Agency Owners

Coaching for digital agency owners helps you decide which part of the business to fix first and what to work on next. The mastermind provides that sequence across a year, for digital marketing and software development agencies. You can follow an order instead of collecting more tactics without knowing which to use.

  • A fifty two week sequence
  • Twenty agencies per cohort
  • Every price published

You are in the right place if

  • Clients arrive, but you cannot say where the next clients will come from.
  • The team does good work, but almost nothing gets done without your involvement.
  • Clients pay different rates for the same scope, and you cannot explain the difference.

If these problems sound familiar, the next section explains what causes them and which parts of the programme address them.

When the agency depends on you for everything

Where You Are Right Now

Your agency has clients and paid invoices, but selling, pricing and delivery still depend on you. New opportunities disappear when you stop selling. Prices depend on the last client conversation, and the team struggles to work without your involvement.

The problem is often the order in which you make changes. Owners tend to fix the most urgent issue before addressing what causes it. Coaching helps you decide what needs attention first so later work has the right foundations.

The coaching follows a fifty two week sequence, with one item to complete and post each week before starting the next. Other owners ask about your progress, so you work through the sequence with people who expect you to follow through.

What to know before choosing
  • Your revenue alone does not tell us what is wrong. Agencies billing the same amount can have very different problems.
  • Every programme price is published on one page. You can compare the options before booking a call.
  • Programme fees and market figures help you assess the cost. They are not a promise about what your agency will earn.

The free consultation lasts thirty minutes and costs nothing. It helps you choose which programme fits your situation.

Start with the problems that keep selling, delivery and pricing dependent on you.

The business problems the programme addresses

The Three Bottlenecks We See Most In Coaching For Digital Agency Owners

Coaching for digital agency owners addresses inconsistent client acquisition, owner dependent delivery and pricing you cannot explain. These problems affect other parts of the business, so the year addresses their causes.

  1. Acquisition is improvised

You look for work only when new opportunities have run out, so every month starts with another search for clients. There is no reliable system for finding work while you are busy delivering it.

    What changes

You build a repeatable way to find and win clients.

    The second quarter

Get found by potential clients, close sales and grow existing accounts.

    See that quarter
  2. The team relies on instructions you have not written down

The team needs your instructions to keep work moving, so growth adds more to your hours. Without written processes, people cannot repeat the work independently even when they have the ability.

    What changes

The work is documented and repeatable.

    The second quarter

Procedures, templates and delivery plans for most deliveries.

    See that quarter
  3. You cannot explain why you charge your prices

Clients pay different rates for the same work, but you cannot explain why. Each negotiation starts again, and income from good months has to cover the quieter ones.

    What changes

You set a consistent rate and can explain it to buyers.

The first quarter, reviewed in the fourth

Set packages for your ideal client profile (ICP), then review pricing again late in the year.

    See that quarter

Pricing comes early so later sales work uses packages you can explain and support. Client acquisition follows once those packages are ready. Delivery systems become important as the volume of work grows and the team needs processes it can repeat.

Four quarters, in this order

Your 12 Month Path With Us

Your twelve month path follows the quarters below, from Foundation through to Scale And Exit Readiness. The full sequence is published so you can read what each quarter covers before you buy.

  1. Quarter 1

    Foundation

    The first quarter

Choose who you sell to, what you sell and what it costs. Those choices guide the pricing used later in the year.

  2. Quarter 2

    Sales Engine

    The second quarter

Build your sales pipeline through authority, search and paid advertising. Then work on closing, proposals and growing existing accounts.

  3. Quarter 3

    Systems And Delivery

    The third quarter

Document delivery as sales grow. Work on delivery plans, vendors, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs) and your first proper profit and loss statement.

  4. Quarter 4

    Scale And Exit Readiness

    The fourth quarter

Review each part of the agency in turn, then assess how the whole system works together at the end of the year.

Progress across the mastermind year

What Changes In Month 1, Month 3 And Month 12

You start by recording your business figures, then use them to assess progress as the year continues. The milestones below cover onboarding, your first retreat and the final review.

Month 1
Onboarding and baselines
Set up Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, and begin the foundational sales work. At your first roundtable, share your starting key performance indicators (KPIs) with the cohort. Use those figures to measure progress each month.
Month 3
First retreat, first channels
Attend your first quarterly retreat, then cover cold calling and staff augmentation. Advanced lead generation follows those subjects.
Month 12
Review and renewal
Review your progress against the metrics you set in month one and use the yearly guide. Compare your results with your own starting figures, and renew your contract if you want to continue.

Other checkpoints during the year cover the systems quarter, the second retreat and the international trip.

Published fees and market context

Investment And ROI Math

A single bootcamp session is $125, and mastermind fees are listed below for monthly or yearly payment. The market figures provide context for assessing those fees against your own business. They do not predict what your agency will earn.

Market figures discussed in the programme

  • The programme discusses US agencies with costs of $50 to $90 an hour and client rates of $100 to $250. It teaches how positioning, business presence and service packaging affect pricing, beyond the skill used to deliver the work.

Market figures taught in the programme, not our results

  • With a retainer, you win a client once and receive payment each month the agreement continues. With separate projects, you have to win new work each time to keep the same revenue coming in. Retainers therefore provide recurring income while project work requires repeated sales.

The retainer argument the programme teaches

  • Seventy eight per cent of agencies now use retainers as their primary model, up from sixty four.

FAQs

I have done courses before and they did not stick. Why would this?

The fixed sequence and follow up help you decide what to work on and keep you accountable for completing it. Many courses give you everything at once and leave you to choose where to begin. Here, you work through one item at a time in a set order, and someone asks about it at the next session.

How much time does it actually take?

Attend a ninety minute live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and allow time for your agency work between sessions. You get one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the Friday slot. Basecamp is used every day. Progress also depends on completing the work between Fridays.

Do I have to commit to a year to start?

No, you can start with a single three hour bootcamp session for $125. Many owners begin with that shorter option. The mastermind runs for twelve months and requires a yearly commitment, with monthly or yearly payment.

What if my bottleneck is not one of the three?

Discuss your bottleneck on the free thirty minute consultation. The problems above are common examples, and the programme covers others. You can also read the full quarter by quarter roadmap before speaking to anyone to see whether it addresses your needs.
