Program Overview

LeadGenDone publishes its programme pricing so you can compare the fees before speaking to anyone. You may have seen coaching offers that reveal a price only after a form and a sales call. That makes it difficult to compare options or know whether the fee changes with what you earn. Our prices are fixed and listed here.

The mastermind is a yearly commitment at $750 a month or $7,999 paid once for the year. The bootcamp offers fourteen live sessions through different tiers, starting with a single session at $125. All fourteen with dedicated expert hours cost $1,499. Consulting is priced at $199 an hour, or $1,500 a month for a six month business development contract.

The mastermind year has the highest listed price and provides support throughout twelve months, with a cohort capped at twenty agencies. It includes a live session every Friday and a roundtable where members discuss their agency figures. It also includes one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. A conversation is free, so you can ask whether a programme fits before buying.

The right choice depends on the help your agency needs, and the sections below explain those differences. You may need teaching on a channel or skill, individual advice, or a year of support across the business. Start by identifying that need, then compare the relevant fee and time commitment. You can ask us for help if the choice remains unclear.

What no price here includes
  • Ad spend
  • Third party tool subscriptions
  • Legal filing fees for entity formation

You pay these costs separately from the programme fee. Their amounts depend on your agency, so we cannot include a fixed figure for them here. The list below covers what LeadGenDone charges.

Choose the support your agency needs

Who It Is For

These programmes are for digital marketing and software development agencies that need teaching, individual advice or support across the business. Compare the situations below to see which matches yours. A lower-priced option may provide all the help you currently need.

  1. Teaching on one subject

    From $125

Choose a session if you need help with a specific subject, such as poor lead lists, unsuccessful calls or ads without returns. You get three hours on that subject with someone who uses it in their own agency, plus a workbook afterwards. You can focus on that area without committing to a year.

  2. Individual advice on your agency

    From $199 an hour

Choose an individual consultation if you already understand the subject but want an experienced person to review your agency’s figures. You choose what to discuss during the hour. This option is priced by the hour and focuses on your own questions.

  3. A year of support across the agency

    From $750 a month

Choose the mastermind if your agency has stopped growing and you cannot identify which part of the business needs attention. It provides a year of support, a roadmap and other owners who ask about your figures at the next monthly discussion. The work covers the business beyond one channel.

If several situations apply, the mastermind year may suit your agency. If none describes what you need, start with a free conversation before choosing a programme. Tell us your situation.

Sessions and work between them

What You Get Week By Week

The bootcamp and mastermind combine live sessions with work you complete between them. Compare the weekly activities below to understand what each fee includes and what you need to do.

A week in the bootcampFrom $125 a session

  • One live session, three focused hours, one topic.
  • A roadmap on Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, with that session’s plan on it.
  • A small assignment afterwards, not a heavy worksheet.
  • A question and answer thread for that topic, with the cohort in it.

Attend the sessions live and complete the assignments in your agency. Attendance is the first thing the programme measures, and the work helps you apply what you learn.

A week in the mastermind$750 a month

  • A live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time.
  • The roundtable runs in the third week, in the Friday 3:30 to 5:00 PM slot, with two owners in the hot seat.
  • One roadmap item, finished and posted in Basecamp before the next session.
  • The daily thread underneath it, with the coaches answering.

Complete the roadmap item between Friday sessions and post it in Basecamp. Allow time for that work as well as attending the live session.

The mastermind combines Friday sessions, roadmap work and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. A separate consultation hour has no recurring weekly schedule. You buy it when needed and arrange the time around your own calendar.

Experienced trainers across the programmes

Coaches And Subject Matter Experts

The programmes are led by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. The same trainers teach the $125 sessions and the $7,999 mastermind year, with no junior tier. The options differ in how much support focuses specifically on your agency.

The one rate we publish by the hour

$199
A month of the mastermind, coaching included
$750

The mastermind fee includes one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. You can also buy an individual consultation hour separately for $199.

The $199 consultation hour carries no further commitment after the discussion. Mastermind coaching continues through your yearly membership, with someone who already knows your agency. It becomes a small group only when your plan needs more than one trainer. Compare the commitment as well as the format when choosing the support you need.

What you actually sign

Enrollment, Contract And Onboarding

Each programme has its own commitment and enrollment arrangements, described below. None automatically renews into a longer commitment than you agreed to.

  1. The mastermind

A yearly commitment, paid monthly or yearly.

You receive Basecamp access and its participation rules, then complete the intake questionnaire. At your first monthly roundtable, you share the starting figures for your KPIs.

  2. The bootcamp

You enroll for a cohort at your chosen tier, taking selected sessions or all fourteen.

You receive the Basecamp roadmap for your sessions, the assignments that follow them and a question and answer thread for each topic.

  3. The consulting

An hour at a time, or a six month contract for agency business development at $1,500 a month.

For a consultation hour, you choose the questions and arrange a time. For the six month engagement, the scope is agreed before work starts.

Discussions within the mastermind stay confidential, so owners can share their actual agency figures with one another. That privacy allows members to discuss the business openly and get useful feedback from the group.

Questions about the money

FAQs

What is the cheapest way to start?

Start with a free conversation, or pay $125 for a single bootcamp session if you already know the subject you need. The session provides three live hours with a trainer who uses the subject in their own agency. You can apply that lesson without buying further sessions.

Is the yearly mastermind cheaper than paying monthly?

Yes, paying for the year once saves $1,000 compared with monthly payments. Both options are a yearly commitment for the same twelve month programme, capped at twenty agencies. Choose the payment arrangement that suits you; the programme and membership length remain the same.

Do mastermind members pay for the bootcamp?

No, members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free. The fee also includes free masterclass access and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Other support includes daily Basecamp, Friday sessions, the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and an international trip each year. A separately purchased bootcamp fee is not taken off the mastermind price.

What does no price on this page include?

No programme fee includes ad spend, third party tool subscriptions or legal filing fees for entity formation. You pay those costs separately, and their amounts depend on your agency. They are outside the published programme prices.

Is there a price you have not listed?

No. Everything we charge for is on the list above, from a conversation at no charge to the mastermind year at $7,999. If you have been quoted something that is not on this page, ask us about it, because it should be here.

Can I move from the bootcamp to the mastermind?

Yes, moving from the bootcamp to the mastermind is the most common route into the yearly programme. The bootcamp lets you experience the teaching before committing to a year. Tell us which sessions you have already taken when you enquire, so we can discuss where to start without repeating that teaching.
