Somebody to invoice who exists on paper
An entity they recognise, a way to pay it that their finance team will approve, and a contract written in terms their lawyer has seen before.

Pakistan
You have the skill. What you do not have is a pipeline, and every month starts at zero again. We run agency coaching in Pakistan for digital marketing and software development agencies from Lahore, in Pakistan time. It is for owners who are done bidding against whoever is cheapest and want to sell to the United States, the UK and the Gulf instead.
The opportunity
A Pakistani agency and a US agency can deliver the same website, the same campaign and the same sprint. They do not get paid the same. The difference between the two invoices is not skill. It is positioning, presence and packaging, and all three can be taught.
Closing that gap is the opportunity, and it is why this program runs from Lahore, not New York. The owners who close it are not better developers than they were last year. They stopped selling hours and picked one lane where they could be the obvious choice. They also built a way of being found that does not depend on logging into a marketplace every morning.
The program calls the old way of working Mazdoori: you are paid for today, and only today. The new way is a business built on retainers and a steady pipeline, so income does not stop the day you stop. Getting from one to the other takes a clear structure, and that structure can be taught.
The buyer
Buyers expect the same things from you that they expect from a firm in Chicago. The client you want is not comparing you to the agency down the road. They have a checklist, and here is what is on it.
An entity they recognise, a way to pay it that their finance team will approve, and a contract written in terms their lawyer has seen before.
Buyers pay a premium for the agency that is known for one thing. The Hedgehog is the framework the Brand Development Strategies session uses to settle which one that is for you.
Reviews under real names, work they can look at, and people they can talk to. In professional services, buyers are paying for trust as much as for the work.
They do not want to hear "we will get back to you tomorrow". They want cover during their working day, planned on purpose, not handled by you staying up all night.
78%
of agencies now run retainers as their primary model, up from 64%. The owner still selling one project at a time is competing against people who are not.

Setting up
Most of what stops a Pakistani agency from invoicing a US client is paperwork, not sales. You solve it once, and it stays solved.
The Brand Development Strategies session ends with the setup ladder. The ladder is the sequence of steps that turns a Pakistani freelance operation into a company an American buyer can send a purchase order to. It costs a few hundred dollars and about two weeks of attention. It is the single change that moves an agency out of the price bracket it has been stuck in.
Next come banking that clears payments in days, not weeks, and contracts a client’s lawyer will sign without a long fight over edits. You also need records that hold up at the end of the year. Each of these has its own coaching page, and members work through the steps with the group, not alone.

Here is what it is worth to get those buyer checks right.
Pricing
Here are the rate benchmarks: the same hour of work, sold two ways, earns very different amounts. The program teaches you to close that gap, and it comes down to numbers, not ambition.
Billing as a Pakistani freelance operation
$15 to $35an hour
Billing as an agency a US buyer recognises
$50 to $150an hour
Directional, not a guarantee, and not our rate card. It is the movement the setup ladder and a settled niche make possible, which is why pricing is taught next to positioning rather than on its own.
The framework behind it
Most owners set prices by feel, because they have never worked out what an hour of their agency actually costs. The costing model in the Scalable Agency Business Models session fixes that. You work out, live and with your own numbers, the lowest price you can charge and still make money.
International pricing benchmarks
Lead generation
Almost every international deal a member closes comes from LinkedIn, cold email, inbound, cold calling or marketplaces. Each one gets its own live session, taught by a coach who uses it in their own company.
Paid social and SEO get their own sessions too. Nobody is asked to run all of them. With the group, you pick the two that fit your agency and practise those.

Delivery
Pakistan is nine to thirteen hours ahead of the United States. If you ignore the time gap, it can lose you the deal. If you plan your cover around it, it can win you the deal.
A buyer in New York wants somebody reachable during their afternoon. An owner in Lahore who simply stays up to manage that is running a business that depends on one person. The client can feel it within a few months.
The coaching shows you how to plan shifts instead: who works when, and what they can decide without waking anybody. The result is a service a US client can plan around, not just a team that happens to be awake. The same setup lets you take on a second US client without the first one noticing any change.

Terms
When deals go wrong for Pakistani agencies, the problem is rarely the work. It is usually what was agreed, and when the money was due.
International client contracts
Featured answer
Yes. It is aimed at owners who already have clients, because the problem it solves is the month that restarts at zero. The work covers positioning, pricing, a pipeline and an entity international buyers can contract with. Together, these move an agency from project fees to retainers.
The programme
We coach members in a group of owners that meets live, not through a course you watch alone. There is a roadmap to follow and a coach who answers on the same day.
Start with positioning, then your niche, then the entity. If you skip these, everything after gets harder: weak positioning makes lead generation expensive and closing hard.
Pick two channels that fit your agency, not whatever is in fashion. Practise them live until they bring you real sales conversations, not just busy work.
Learn to run discovery calls that end in a decision. Practise answering objections with the group before you hear them from a client. Then use the ladder that turns one project into a retainer.
There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Around them sit the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and daily access on Basecamp, the members’ online workspace. Attendance is the first thing the programme measures.
The group is capped at twenty agencies. The reason is that the Friday session is run by the person who wrote the material, not handed to a facilitator.
The best proof comes from owners who have already done it.
Members, in their own words
These reviews are written by agency owners and freelancers who joined our sessions, and by clients of our agency work. Each one is under the reviewer’s own name, on platforms we do not control.

Questions we get from Pakistani owners
Yes, they are built around Pakistan time. The weekly session runs every Friday from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. The monthly roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the same Friday afternoon slot. Nothing asks you to be awake at three in the morning, because the coaches are in Lahore too.
Yes, if you are already earning and want to stop selling hours. The programme assumes you have the skill and clients already. What it adds is the structure: a niche, a pipeline, terms and an entity, which is what turns freelance income into an agency.
No. The setup ladder is part of the Brand Development Strategies session, and members work through it with the group after they join. If you already have one, you simply spend that time on positioning instead.
The mastermind is a yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. A single bootcamp session is $125 if you want to see how the group works before you commit to a full year.
No, and any programme that does is selling you something. What we commit to is the material, the group, the Friday session and one to one coaching when you need it, for a year. The work is yours, and the owners who do it are the ones it works for.
A free first call
A call costs nothing and usually takes about twenty minutes. It tells you whether the programme fits the agency you are running right now, and if it does not, we will say so.
