The mastermind roadmap, in full
The 52 Week Curriculum, Week By Week
The 52 week mastermind curriculum sets out what to work on and in what order, for digital marketing and software development agencies. Most courses give you every lesson on day one and leave you to choose the order. Here, each quarter lists what it covers and the coaching area behind each topic, from foundation to sales, delivery and scale.

How the curriculum is organised
Program Overview
The 52 week mastermind curriculum gives you an order for improving each part of your agency. Most owners have already paid for courses that opened every lesson on day one and left them to decide what to fix first. Many stop watching because they cannot see which lesson to apply next. Useful content still needs a clear order.
This is the full roadmap used in Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, with links to the coaching areas behind each topic. Foundation comes first because your pricing, sales and delivery depend on knowing who you serve and what you sell. Lead generation and sales come next, followed by delivery. The last quarter reviews the work across the whole agency.
The year is built on 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z, Hamid Mahmood’s book. It covers understanding yourself as an owner and building an agency that runs without you. The first quarter applies the book’s first section to your agency website. The last quarter returns to your mindset and the life you want the agency to support.
Work through the topics below in order and apply each one inside your own agency. Post the completed work in Basecamp so your coaches and the other owners in your cohort can see it. They can respond to what you have done, while you can see how other owners apply the same topics.
- The roadmapWhat each quarter covers, in order, every topic linked to the coaching area that goes deeper.
- The bookThe thinking behind the year, from the owner’s mindset to an agency that runs without you.
- The groupTwenty agencies at most, meeting live every Friday and using Basecamp every day in between.
Use the roadmap to follow the work in order, the book to understand it, and the group to discuss your progress.
Who a full year suits
Who It Is For
The full year suits an agency that already sells but needs help running the business. A shorter course can suit an earlier stage.
The year fits if
The agency sells. Running it is the problem.
- You are still the closer, the delivery lead and the project manager
- Revenue grows but profit margins do not, and nobody is responsible for tracking the results
- The agency cannot get through a week without you in it
- You want the order decided, so the sales team is not hired before the lead source exists
$750 a month
Start smaller if
There is no repeatable lead source yet.
- Every month still starts from zero
- You want one channel done properly before you commit a year to the rest
- You want to attend a single session before choosing a longer programme
$125 a session
The mastermind is the full year. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course, and a good first step when the lead source is not there yet.
Here is what each quarter covers.

About the fifty two weeks
FAQs
Do I have to follow the 52 week mastermind curriculum in order?
Yes. The whole cohort follows the roadmap in order because each quarter builds on the one before it. Your coach adjusts which areas need most attention for your revenue stage. For example, you establish a repeatable lead source before building a sales team.
Who coaches the topics on the roadmap?
Experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad coach the year through Friday sessions and the roundtable. Members also get one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. That coaching focuses on the challenges in your own agency.
How does the book fit into the year?
7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z explains the thinking behind the year. The first quarter uses its first section to build your agency website. The last quarter reviews your mindset and the life you want the agency to support. You apply the book’s ideas through the roadmap and share the work with your cohort.
What happens in the third week of the month?
The monthly roundtable runs in the third week, in the Friday 3:30 to 5:00 PM slot. Two hand picked agency owners take the hot seat, about forty five minutes each. They explain their challenge, and the other members and trainers share solutions and feedback.
Why does the last quarter repeat so much of the year?
The last quarter checks whether the systems you built are working in practice. You review MRR, pricing, branding, lead generation, project management and automation, then the full agency system. Those reviews prepare you to look at how an agency exit works.
