What the free consultation helps you decide
Program Overview
The free agency consultation helps you identify what is slowing your business and where to focus next. Most owners already know something is wrong, but the cause can be difficult to see from inside the agency. A quiet month may reflect poor pricing, even when lead generation gets the blame. Missed work may result from unclear responsibilities, even when the team is blamed.
During the thirty minute call, we discuss how your agency is operating this month and identify the area that needs attention. There is no presentation or set of slides to work through. The recommendation follows what you tell us about your business, so we can address the situation you describe.
You leave knowing which part of the business to focus on over the next ninety days and which programme fits that work. The right recommendation may be a single bootcamp session at $125 if that provides the help you need this quarter. You do not have to commit to a year to get useful support.
You can read every published price before booking, so a call is not required to find out what we charge. Use the conversation to understand which support your agency needs. That lets you compare the recommendation with the published options before deciding whether to enroll.
A pitch deck
There are no slides. The discussion focuses on your agency’s current problem and the support that fits it.
A call to reveal the prices
Every published price is available before the call, so you can check the fees first.
A revenue qualification test
There is no minimum revenue requirement. A freelancer preparing to hire their first person can book a call.
Bring accurate figures for your agency’s current position, including the difficult parts. The advice depends on understanding how the business is performing now.
Business problems to discuss on the call
Who It Is For
The consultation is for owners who need help understanding why part of their agency has stopped working well. The situations below are common reasons to book. Your revenue alone does not determine whether the call is useful.
You are watching the next payment, not the next quarter.
We start with your current cash position and the pressure of the next payment. That helps us discuss support you can act on now, before considering a longer plan.
A client has gone quiet and you do not know why.
A quiet client often points to a problem keeping clients, even when it first looks like a need for more sales. The call helps identify which area needs attention, because each requires different work.
You are losing bids to someone cheaper and you know your work is better.
This usually concerns how buyers understand your value, and it is the most common problem identified on the call. Better work alone may not explain why a buyer should choose you. We discuss that positioning before assuming your price needs to change.
You cannot keep the team busy, or cannot afford to grow it.
The cause may be how you use the team’s capacity or how you find enough work for it. These can look similar from inside the agency. Identify which needs attention before committing to another hire.
If none of those is true and you simply want to know what things cost, every price is already on one page.
The sections below describe the business areas the call helps you review.

How to prepare for the call
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
The consultation takes thirty minutes online, one to one, with about ten minutes of preparation beforehand. Gather the figures below so we can discuss your agency’s current position.
Have these to hand
What you billed last month
Use last month’s actual figure, so the discussion reflects how the agency is performing now.
How many clients it came from
A low client count can help explain why revenue is at risk.
Where the last three clients came from
Identify whether each came from a referral, marketplace, outbound contact or an inbound enquiry.
The issue you have been avoiding
Bring the difficult issue you have delayed addressing, because it may be what is limiting progress.
What you leave the call knowing
Which part of the business needs attention
You leave with the problem identified and the relevant area explained.
Which programme fits your situation
The recommendation may be one session if that is all you need this quarter.
What the recommended option costs
We discuss the published fee, which you can also check before booking.
The team works from New York and Lahore, with calls arranged for the markets our members sell into. State your timezone when booking so we can discuss a suitable time.

Coaches And Subject Matter Experts
You can get advice from experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad, who run agencies of their own. Their advice comes from facing business problems in their own companies, where they bear the cost of decisions. They have no sales quota for these conversations.
Hamid MahmoodCEO, author and agency mentorAfter losing one agency, he restarted and built two agencies at the same time. Most of the selected reviews below describe conversations with him.
Umair AmjadSales and staffing coachHe built the staff augmentation practice he teaches. His advice on staffing and pricing comes from running that business and reviewing its profit and loss.
- Asim NaeemEmail marketing and LinkedIn
He brings experience with the ideal customer profile (ICP), year planning and KPIs. That work helps owners connect business problems with figures they can measure.
Your call’s subject helps determine the relevant support, and no particular trainer is promised here. There is no junior tier or appointment setter handling the discussion before the trainers.

Enrollment, Contract And Onboarding
Booking the call requires no contract, and you do not enroll in a programme during the conversation. Afterwards, you can choose to continue or use the advice without buying anything. There is nothing to cancel if you decide against joining.
You go ahead
We explain which programme fits and what it costs, then you can enroll in your own time. The mastermind is a yearly commitment, paid monthly or yearly. The bootcamp is a place in a cohort. Neither enrollment starts on the call.
You decide against joining
You still leave knowing the main problem and which area of the business needs attention. There is no follow-up sequence after the call. You can return when you are ready, without being chased to buy in the meantime.
A single bootcamp session at $125 is our most common recommendation. If one subject provides the help you need, you do not need to commit to a year.

FAQs
Is this really free, or is there a catch later?
Yes, the consultation is free and no card is taken. Every published programme price is available on the pricing page before the conversation. Read the fees first if you want to compare the options, then decide whether to spend half an hour discussing your agency.
Will somebody try to sell me the mastermind?
The call recommends the support that fits your agency, which may be a single bootcamp session instead of the mastermind. The mastermind is the largest commitment and is the least common recommendation for most agencies. A single session at $125 is our most common recommendation when one subject addresses the current need.
What if my agency is too small?
There is no minimum revenue requirement, and a freelancer preparing to hire their first person can book. The programme is built for owners billing $1,500 to $20,000 a month. The call needs an existing business to review, so it cannot help an agency with no clients yet.
What do I actually need to prepare?
Allow about ten minutes to gather last month’s billing, the client count behind it and where your last three clients came from. Use current, accurate figures so the advice reflects the business you are running now. Preparing those details lets us spend the call discussing the problem.
Can I just ask about one channel?
Yes, you can use the call to discuss one channel, such as cold email, LinkedIn or ads without returns. State the subject when booking so we can discuss the relevant support. The bootcamp offers single sessions on those subjects, so one session may be the recommendation.
What happens to my numbers afterwards?
Your agency’s figures stay confidential after the call, whether or not you join a programme. The same discretion applies within the mastermind, where owners share their business figures with the group. That privacy lets people discuss their actual position when asking for advice.
