For executives responsible for business results

Coaching For C Level Executives

Coaching for C level executives helps you set clear responsibilities for business results that depend on several departments. The mastermind provides a fifty two week programme for digital marketing and software development agencies. The second half of the year focuses on departmental reporting, decision making and reducing dependence on you for daily work.

  • A fifty two week sequence
  • Twenty agencies per cohort
  • Every price published

You are in the right place if

  • You know the revenue target but cannot say who is responsible for each part of it.
  • People bring decisions back to you that should be made two levels below you.
  • You still handle work yourself because you do it best, leaving less time to lead.

If these problems sound familiar, the next section explains what causes them and which parts of the programme address them.

When results depend on departments you do not run

Where You Are Right Now

You are responsible for revenue, while other departments carry out the work that produces it. The plan sets their priorities, but you cannot see why progress slows. By the time a missed target reaches you, the quarter is over and the reasons remain unclear.

Doing more of the work yourself can make the problem worse. Decisions wait for your availability even when someone further down the organisation could make them. Clear responsibilities and decision making rules help people act without waiting for you.

The programme addresses departmental accountability, roles and your own responsibilities as a leader. This work comes in the second half of the year, after the agency has begun building the systems it needs. The sections below explain how those parts fit together.

What to know before choosing
  • This programme helps you run an agency or services firm. It does not prepare you for a corporate board seat.
  • The focus is on who is responsible for business targets and decisions, rather than general corporate leadership training.
  • Every programme price is published on one page. You can compare the options before booking a call.

The free consultation lasts thirty minutes and costs nothing. It helps you choose which programme fits your situation.

Start with the responsibilities and decisions that keep returning to you.

Departmental targets, decisions and your role

The Three Bottlenecks We See Most In Coaching For C Level Executives

Coaching for C level executives addresses unclear departmental targets, unclear decision making roles and work that still depends on you. These problems can cause the agency to miss its targets quarter after quarter.

  1. Departments are not responsible for specific results

You are responsible for the revenue target, but departments report activities without being accountable for their share of the result. When revenue falls short, it is hard to identify where the problem started.

    What changes

Each role has a measurable target and clear responsibility for it.

The third quarter, framed in the first

Use the EOS model for weekly departmental reporting. Measure it against the full year plan and key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed in the first quarter.

    See that quarter
  2. Nobody knows who decides what

People cannot make decisions confidently because their responsibilities have not been written down. The same decisions return to you, get reopened and cause frustration even when the team is capable.

    What changes

People know what is expected of them and which decisions they can make.

    The third quarter

Work on systems, skills and culture training, alongside job levels that clarify who can make which decisions.

    See that quarter
  3. The organisation depends on you to do the work yourself

You do the work yourself because that still feels like the quickest way to get it done properly. Other people then depend on your availability, leaving less time for you to lead the business.

    What changes

You spend more time leading the business and less time doing its daily work.

    The fourth quarter

Review the performance of every trainer and member, then work on mindset and your personal lifestyle.

    See that quarter

This leadership work comes in the second half of the year because it needs a business with measurable activity. The first three quarters develop pricing, the sales pipeline and delivery systems. Those give departments a basis for their targets, so accountability is tied to work the agency can measure.

Responsibilities you establish through the year

Your 12 Month Path With Us

Your twelve month path starts with the agency plan, then develops sales, departmental reporting and the final performance review. The full sequence is published below so you can see what each quarter covers before buying.

  1. Foundation

    The first quarter

Agree the full year plan and the KPIs you will use to measure work in the later quarters.

  2. Sales Engine

    The second quarter

Document the sales pipeline and establish a close rate you can use when forecasting revenue.

  3. Systems And Delivery

    The third quarter

Establish departmental reporting, job levels and a proper profit and loss statement. Use these to clarify targets and decision making responsibilities.

  4. Scale And Exit Readiness

    The fourth quarter

Review everyone’s performance, then assess how the whole agency system works before the year ends.

Progress across the mastermind year

What Changes In Month 1, Month 3 And Month 12

You record your starting business figures in month one and use them to assess progress through the year. The milestones below cover onboarding, your first retreat and the final review.

Month 1
Onboarding and baselines
Set up Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, and begin the foundational sales work. At your first roundtable, share your starting key performance indicators (KPIs) with the cohort.
Month 3
First retreat, first channels
Attend your first quarterly retreat, then cover cold calling and staff augmentation. Advanced lead generation follows those subjects.
Month 12
Review and renewal
Review your progress against the metrics you set in month one and use the yearly guide. Renew your contract if you want to continue.

Months five and six cover the EOS model, weekly KPI tracking and clear allocation of roles. These are the reporting and responsibility changes most relevant to this page.

FAQs

Is this an executive programme or an agency programme?

This is an agency programme for people running agencies and services firms. It addresses the departmental targets, roles and decisions that an executive is responsible for. If you need corporate leadership development, the programme does not cover that scope.

Should I attend, or send the person who runs the function?

Send the department lead to a bootcamp session if that department needs help with one subject. Attend yourself if the problem concerns responsibilities across the organisation. The second half of the year addresses changes that need the executive’s involvement, not only the people affected by those changes.

Why does leadership work come later in the year?

Leadership work uses the pricing, sales pipeline and delivery systems developed through the first three quarters. Those systems give departments a basis for measurable targets. You can then set responsibilities around work the agency is equipped to deliver.

Who else joins the mastermind?

You join a cohort capped at twenty agencies for the year. At the monthly roundtable, owners discuss their figures with the group. This gives you a way to compare how other people approach business responsibilities similar to yours.
