Why one form instead of three
Program Overview
Most agency owners know the problem they feel, but not what causes it. Leads have dried up, or margins have, or the agency cannot run a week without them. Each problem points to a different programme, and it is hard to tell which one from inside the business.
So LeadGenDone has one form for all three programmes. The mastermind is the full programme for a year, built around the whole agency, in a group capped at twenty agencies. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course: fourteen live sessions on lead generation, sales and scaling, bought one session at a time or as the full run. BD consulting is a six month contract to build your selling function with you, one to one, on your own agency.
You tell us your role, your monthly revenue and your country. We name the programme that fits your stage. If your agency makes under $5K a month, we will tell you to start with the bootcamp, not a year in the mastermind. A year is a long time to spend solving the wrong bottleneck.
Then you decide. There is no discount pressure and no countdown. Every price on this page is published, so you do not need a call to find out what anything costs.
- 1Your name and email
- 2Your WhatsApp number
- 3Your city and country
- 4Your role

Who It Is For
Each programme is for agencies at a certain revenue stage. Each stage has a different bottleneck and a different place to start. Choose where your agency is now.
The bottleneck
You have no repeatable lead source, so every month starts from zero.
Where to start
One channel, done properly, plus pricing that does not lose money.
The bottleneck
You are the sales team, the delivery lead and the PM.
Where to start
ICP, packages, and the first hire in the right order.
The bottleneck
Revenue grows but margin does not, and no role has its own numbers.
Where to start
KPIs, EOS, departmental profitability, closing training.
The bottleneck
The agency depends on you and cannot run a week without you.
Where to start
Role empowerment, systems, leadership layer, exit readiness.
This table is a starting point. We confirm the right programme when you send the form.

Then, depending on the fit
The mastermind
Sign up for the year, a yearly commitment paid monthly or yearly. Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, opens with the intake questionnaire. This is a written picture of your agency today, and your coaching works from it. Your KPI baselines are set at your first roundtable.
How the mastermind worksThe bootcamp
We confirm your place, the contract and the onboarding steps before you pay. Then you join Basecamp. Early on you take the ten minute Predictive Index assessment, which matches your working style to the role and niche you commit to.

How each programme runs, and when it meets
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
Here is how each programme is delivered, the days and times it meets, and what it leaves in your agency. Your time is a cost as well as the price, so check which one fits your calendar before you apply.
The mastermind
The full programme for a year, in a group capped at twenty agencies.
How it runs

- A live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, on one subject
- One to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it
- The monthly roundtable in the third week, in the Friday 3:30 to 5:00 PM slot, where two hand picked owners take the hot seat for about 45 minutes each

- An international trip each year, two to three nights
- How long
- A yearly commitment
- Where

What it leaves the agency with
Your agency is rebuilt quarter by quarter. The foundation comes first: your ICP and niche, pricing packages, company formation and LinkedIn. Then come sales, systems, and finally scale and exit.
The bootcamp
A separate, shorter course of fourteen live sessions. Each session is three hours on one subject.
How it runs
- A live session every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running
- Small assignments after each session, not heavy worksheets
- A community with a Q&A thread for each topic
- The recording, the slides and the resource pack for every session you buy
- How long
- The sessions you buy, from a single session to the full run
- Where
- In person in Lahore and live online at the same time
What it leaves the agency with
The channels and selling skills that fill a pipeline: brand and positioning, data and lead lists, LinkedIn, email, cold calling, high ticket selling and handling objections.
BD consulting
Your selling function, built with you, one to one, on your own agency.
How it runs
- Two to three dedicated hours a week, one to one, on your agency
- Done in stages: diagnose, build the team, build the pipeline, convert, then keep the results
- Staff augmentation where the headcount is not there yet
- How long
- A six month contract
- Where
- One to one, on your agency
What it leaves the agency with
A selling function that no longer depends on you. You get defined roles, a sales team with a repeatable process and a pipeline built for the market you sell into. KPI analysis tells you whether the results hold.

FAQs
Is applying a commitment?
No, applying does not commit you to anything. It tells us your stage, we name the programme that fits, and you decide. There is no discount pressure and no countdown. Nothing is agreed until you have read the contract.
Do I need a call to find out the price?
No, you do not need a call, because every price is published. The mastermind is $750 a month or $7,999 a year. The bootcamp runs from $125 a session to $1,499. BD consulting is $1,500 a month on a six month contract.
What if my agency is under $5K a month?
If your agency is under $5K a month, we will tell you to start with the bootcamp or the $200 freelancer tier. We will not suggest a year in the mastermind, because a year is a long time to spend solving the wrong bottleneck.
If I start with the bootcamp, does its fee come off the mastermind?
No, the bootcamp fee does not come off the mastermind price. A bootcamp is a separate purchase. For an agency between $5K and $10K a month, the route still points to the bootcamp first and the mastermind after it. You know the full cost of both before you start either.
What if I am not sure which programme I need?
Choose “Not sure yet” on the form, and we will tell you which programme fits your stage. Finding the right programme is what the form is for. If none of them fits yet, we will say so.
What happens to my information?
We use your information to tell you which programme fits. Your information is secure and never shared.
