A missing library, not a writing problem

Overview

Most agencies write the same documents again and again. The contract gets copied from the last client and edited late at night, the proposal is rebuilt for every lead, and the way a delivery should run lives in the owner’s head. None of that is a writing problem. It is a missing library.

The Agency Templates Library is the set our members work from: contracts and agreements, proposals, SOPs, sales scripts and KPI sheets. Each one belongs to a quarter of the mastermind or a session of the bootcamp, so it arrives with the teaching that explains when to use it, rather than as one more file in a folder.

They are built for the way digital marketing and software development agencies actually sell, from Pakistan into the US, the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the EU, where the contract, the proposal and the delivery promise all have to stand up in front of a buyer abroad.

A template on its own is only a starting point. The library works because it comes with the room: the session that explains it, the coach who answers the question it raises, and the other owners who have already put it to work.

  3. Run the work

    SOPs and KPI sheets

What is in it: SOPs for sales, staff augmentation and cross selling, delivery blueprints, and the KPI sheets the agency reports on

When the year builds it: Quarter 2 builds the procedures and blueprints for most deliveries; weekly department reports start in Quarter 3

Where it goes deeper: Systems & Operations, the track that turns the owner’s habits into the agency’s
