Lead Generation Coaching For Agencies

Most agency owners can name every client they have today, but not the next one they will win. The problem is rarely effort. Finding clients was never built as a system, so it gets improvised each time the pipeline runs dry and starts again from nothing every month.

  • LinkedIn, email, calls, ads, SEO and partners

Overview

What Lead Generation Coaching For Agencies Covers

Lead generation coaching here covers the whole path from a stranger to a sales conversation, not one channel. You learn which channels suit the agency you actually have, not the one you describe on calls, and what each costs in money and in hours. You learn which channels keep bringing leads after you stop paying, which ones stop the same day, and what to measure to tell them apart. The areas we coach are grouped below by how the lead arrives.

Most of the track comes early in the year, on purpose. LinkedIn, data sourcing and email follow up come in the first quarter. Authority, SEO, paid ads and expos follow in the second. A pipeline takes months to fill, and almost every later topic assumes one already exists. Closing training also comes in the second quarter, and closing training is worth very little to an owner with nothing in the calendar to close.

The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course, and many of its sessions are on these channels: data extraction, automated outreach, LinkedIn outreach, email and PPC, Facebook lead generation and SEO. Each one can be bought on its own if you want to test a single channel before you commit to a year.

If you cannot measure a channel, you cannot tell whether it is worth what you pay for it.

The organising idea behind this track
Where the lead generation topics fall
  • First half of the yearLinkedIn, data sourcing, email follow up, authority and micro influencer launch, SEO, Facebook and Google Ads, international expos

  • Second half of the yearA final review of lead generation, near the end of the year

Most topics come early, so your pipeline has the rest of the year to fill.

The problems

The Problems It Solves In A Digital Agency

The full index

Sub Areas We Coach (Full Index)

Here is every area we coach, grouped by how the lead actually reaches you, not by service name. Read the group headings first. Most agencies need two channels done properly, not every channel done badly.

Every area below is coached live inside the mastermind.

01

LinkedIn

They accept the request

Most owners try LinkedIn first, and most of them quietly give up on it.

  • LinkedIn Lead Generation For Agencies

Profile, Sales Navigator targeting, connection and message sequences, and the automation limits that keep an account safe.

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Training

Building lists that are actually decision makers, saved searches, alerts and account based targeting.

  • LinkedIn Automation Tools

LinkedHelper and the alternatives, safe daily volumes, warm up, and what gets accounts restricted.

02

Cold email, and the data underneath it

It lands in the inbox

Email is cheap to send and expensive to get wrong. Most of this lane is the data under it.

  • Automated Outreach For Agencies

One list, a CRM as the hub, and sequences across LinkedIn and email, with every reply routed to a person.

  • Cold Email For Agencies

Domains, warm up, deliverability, sequence structure, and the offer that gets a reply from a CMO.

  • Email Deliverability For Cold Outreach

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending domains, volume ramp and inbox placement testing.

  • B2B Email List Building

Sourcing, enriching and validating decision maker emails without paying for junk data.

  • Data Extraction Tools And Sources

Apollo, Seamless, Sales Navigator exports and scrapers, what each is good for and what each costs.

  • Lead Data Validation

The verification workflow that protects your domain reputation and your team time.

03

Voice and direct messages

You get them on the phone

Few agencies want to make calls or send direct messages, and that is a big reason they still work.

  • Cold Calling For Agency Lead Generation

Building a calling motion from a Pakistan or offshore base into US and UK markets.

  • WhatsApp And Direct Messaging Outreach

Compliant direct messaging for markets where WhatsApp is the business channel.

04

Paid media

You pay for the click

Ad spend gets your agency seen. It only fills your pipeline when the rest of your lead generation is already built.

  • Facebook Ads Lead Generation For Agencies

Campaign structure, creative testing, lead forms, follow up speed and CPA control by region.

  • Google Ads For Agencies

Search intent, budget floors, landing page match and how to stop bleeding money on broad match.

05

Search and content

They search, and you are already there

You sell SEO and content to clients. The real question is whether you do it for your own agency.

  • SEO For Digital Agencies

Ranking your own agency site, service page architecture, and turning rankings into qualified inbound.

  • Local SEO For Agency Offices

Google Business Profile, service area pages and reviews for agencies with a genuine physical office.

  • Content Marketing For Agencies

The publishing cadence that builds authority without a content team of ten.

06

Authority and personal brand

They already knew your name

This is the slowest channel to start. It is also the only one that keeps bringing leads after you stop.

  • Authority Building For Agency Owners

Articles, keynotes, podcasts, webinars and press so buyers arrive already convinced.

  • Personal Branding For Agency Owners

Building a founder brand that generates pipeline, and separating it from the agency brand.

  • Micro Influencer Authority Launch

Launching a niche authority profile that drives inbound in one specific vertical.

  • YouTube And Short Form For Agencies

Video that ranks and generates inbound calls for a services business.

07

Marketplaces, partners and expos

Somebody else brings them

Other people already have the audience, the platform or the client. Some of them will send work your way.

  • Freelance Marketplace Strategy

Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru and PeoplePerHour: where each still pays and how to staff for it.

  • Referral And Partnership Lead Generation

Building a partner network of agencies who send you work, and the agreements behind it.

  • White Label Agency Partnerships

Becoming the delivery arm for US and UK agencies, pricing it and protecting the relationship.

  • International Expos And Trade Shows

Choosing expos, pre booking meetings, booth versus walking, and following up so the spend pays back.

08

Inbound

They arrive on their own

The steps a buyer takes from first hearing about you to booking a call.

  • Webinar Lead Generation

Topic, promotion, run of show and the follow up that converts attendees into calls.

  • Inbound Lead Funnels For Agencies

Opt ins, knowledge email funnels and nurture that ends in a booked call.

09

Orchestration and measurement

The part that makes the rest work

How to run channels together, choose the accounts you target, share data and read your numbers every week.

  • Multi Channel Outreach Sequences

Stacking LinkedIn, email, calls and ads on one account list without burning it.

  • Account Based Marketing For Agencies

Picking the hundred accounts that matter and running a coordinated play against them.

  • Crowd Funded Leads Data

How our cohorts pool budget to buy better data than any single member could afford alone.

  • Lead Generation KPIs And Cost Per Lead

The volumes, reply rates and cost per lead you should actually expect from each channel.

There are two ways to get this coaching.

The roadmap

Where This Sits In The 52 Week Roadmap

Most of the lead generation topics fall in the first half of the year. The pipeline gets built early, on purpose, so it has the rest of the year to fill.

Q1Lead generation

  • LinkedIn: profile, Sales Navigator and prompts
  • Data sourcing: Seamless, Vibe and Sales Navigator data
  • Email marketing follow up

Q2Lead generation

  • Authority profile and micro influencer launch
  • SEO for agencies: lead gen and roadmap
  • Facebook and Google Ads overview
  • International expos

Q3Other tracks

In this quarter you work the pipeline you built. The topics cover systems, finance and delivery.

Q4Lead generation

  • Final review of lead generation

Each topic carries a deliverable you finish before the next session, so these are checkpoints, not modules you might get around to.

The trainers

Who teaches the track

The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. Each one runs agency work of his own, and members book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert when they need it.

The book

Book Chapters That Back This

The mastermind year is built on the book 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z, by Hamid Mahmood. These are the chapters that back this track, with the problem each one addresses and what changes.

  • Quantum Scaling

Do Not Say SEO Does Not Work In The Agency

    7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z

    The problem
You sell the service and never run it for yourself.
    What changes
Inbound arrives without you chasing it.
  • Agency Alchemy

    Engage Your Audience

    7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z

    The problem
Clients are transactions who leave when the project ends.
    What changes
Clients become advocates who bring others.

Who it fits

Who This Is For: Agency Owners, Freelancers, C Level

This coaching is for digital marketing and software development agencies. Three kinds of people read a lead generation page, they all run or are building one, and each asks a different question.

  • Agency owners

Why has this stopped growing, and is it me?

You are stuck well below what your skill suggests, and the work that comes in arrives through people you already know. The track gives you channels that do not depend only on the people you already know.

  • Freelancers

How do I turn skill into a business?

You have mastered the craft and every month still starts from zero. The marketplace and partnership lanes are where most people in your position start, because they use the platform you already understand.

  • C level and senior professionals

What do I not know that I do not know?

You are leaving a job to build an agency and you have run marketing budgets before. The gap is usually outbound and authority, not paid media. Paid media is the part that already looks familiar.

Here is what members said after doing the lead generation work.

FAQs

FAQs

Do I have to run every one of these?

No, and trying to is the most common mistake. Most agencies need two channels run properly, chosen against the market they sell into and the hours they actually have. Picking those two is the first piece of coaching, so you do not have to work it out alone.

Which channel should an agency in Pakistan start with?

It depends on who you sell to and what you already have. An agency with a strong founder profile usually starts on LinkedIn. One with strong delivery capacity starts on partnerships or white label. One with budget to test starts on paid ads. The roadmap opens with LinkedIn and data in the first quarter because those two underpin most of the others.

Do I have to join the mastermind to get this?

No. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course, and its sessions on these channels can be bought on their own from $125. They cover data extraction, automated outreach, LinkedIn outreach, email and PPC, Facebook lead generation and SEO. The mastermind is the version where the whole track is sequenced across a year.

Who actually teaches the lead generation topics?

The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. On top of the Friday session, you book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert when you need it. That way, a question about one channel goes to someone who runs it.

Will you give us cost per lead numbers?

Yes, in the session. The Facebook work is taught around a real campaign, taken apart with its own spend and its own cost per lead. The KPI area sets out the volumes and reply rates to expect by channel. Those numbers belong to the campaign owner and are not a benchmark we publish. So they are shown live in the session and not printed on a page.

We already run outbound and it is not working. Is this still for us?

That is the normal starting point. When outbound stops working, the cause is usually bad data or poor deliverability, even when it looks like a copywriting problem. Both have their own areas in the index. Bring what you are sending and the numbers it produced.

How long before a channel produces anything?

It varies by channel, which is why the year front loads them. Outbound and paid can produce conversations inside the first month. Authority and SEO are slower, but they keep bringing leads after you stop. That is the trade off you are choosing between. We do not put a date on a signed client, because that depends on what you implement between sessions.

Is this training my team can take instead of me?

Parts of it. The data, deliverability and automation areas transfer to a team member well. The authority and personal branding lanes do not, because the founder profile is the asset being built and nobody can build that one on your behalf.
