Profile, targeting, sequence and safe automation
LinkedIn Outreach And Automation
Most agency profiles read like a CV, the connection requests go to whoever LinkedIn suggests, and the follow up stops after one message. Then automation gets switched on to fix it, and the account gets restricted. This bootcamp session turns LinkedIn outreach into a lead generation channel. You get three live hours on a profile that sells, targeting that finds your buyer, a paced sequence and automation at safe volumes. The session is for digital marketing and software development agencies.

Coaching track: Lead Generation
Why most LinkedIn outreach goes quiet
Session Overview
This session shows you how to run LinkedIn outreach and automation as a lead generation channel, in the right order. A US buyer who is curious about your agency does one thing first: they look at your profile. For most Pakistani agency owners, that profile reads like a CV, a list of skills and past jobs. It gives the buyer no reason to reply.
The outreach around the profile goes wrong too. The connection requests went to whoever LinkedIn suggested. The follow up stopped after one message, because nobody planned the next one.
The session fixes each problem in order. It starts with profile architecture, one of the program’s named frameworks, and the tagline and the A-Framework inside it. Built this way, your profile keeps selling even when you are offline. Then the session points Sales Navigator at the buyers in your niche, and at the live projects already being posted.
Next comes the outreach sequence, the second named framework in this session. You plan a paced sequence of follow ups, not one hopeful message and then silence. The session closes on automation with LinkedHelper, run at volumes that do not get an account restricted. It also covers stacking LinkedIn with the other channels you run.
Run this way, LinkedIn is no longer a feed you scroll. It becomes a channel you can plan your month around.

A profile that keeps selling when you are offline
Follow up improvised, then dropped
A paced sequence
Automation that gets the account restricted
Volumes that keep the account safe

What You Will Be Able To Do After This Session
What you can do the day after the session that you could not do before it.
- 01Rebuild your profile on profile architecture, so it reads like an agency, not a CV
- 02Point Sales Navigator at the buyers in your niche, and find the live projects worth answering
- 03Run a paced outreach sequence instead of sending one message and hoping
- 04Set up LinkedHelper automation at volumes that keep the account safe
- 05Stack LinkedIn with your other channels, so one prospect hears one offer
- LinkedInThis session.
Run LinkedIn and email against one list, as one outbound system. Then each prospect hears from you once, with one offer, not twice with two different offers.
Here is how the three hours get you there.
The three hours, in the order they run
Full Agenda, Hour By Hour
Four parts, in the order they run, from your profile to a conversation with a buyer. Turn a card over to see the problem it answers and what changes.
What you keep after the session
Tools And Resources Handed Out
When the three hours end, this is what you keep.
- The slide contentThe session’s slides, to work from when you rebuild your profile.
- The recordingFor up to two partners from your agency, so whoever runs your LinkedIn can sit the session after you.
- The resource pack and templatesHanded out with the session, alongside the recording and the slides.
- A Q&A thread for this topicIn Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, where questions are answered between sessions by the people who set the work.
The work after the session
Live Implementation And Homework
The session ends with work on your own profile. In the week after it, you put the changes live. The homework is small on purpose: one assignment, not a long worksheet.
- 1
Apply it to your own profile
A small assignment after the session, done on your own profile and niche, not on an example.
- 2
Post it to the topic thread
Questions and drafts go to this session’s Q&A thread, where the coaches and the cohort answer.
- 3
Stack it with email
The email session that follows runs against the same list, so the two channels work as one system, not as two separate campaigns.
What we ask of you
- Turn up live: attendance is the first thing the programme measures.
- Put the work into practice between sessions, not only watch.
- Ask in the thread, and help the others.

Questions about this session
FAQs
Will automation get my LinkedIn account restricted?
Yes, it can if it runs too hard, which is why the session covers automation last. LinkedHelper is taught at volumes that keep the account safe. It comes after the profile, the targeting and the sequence are right. That way the automation sends something worth sending, not more copies of a message nobody answers.
Do I need Sales Navigator for this session?
Not for every part, but you get the most from the session with Sales Navigator open in front of you. Sales Navigator targeting is one of the four parts. The profile, the outreach sequence and the automation parts work with any account, and the session shows what Sales Navigator adds to them.
Is the session about my personal profile or a company page?
The session works on the personal profile a buyer looks at before replying. For most agencies, that is the owner’s profile or the profile of the person running outreach. Profile architecture treats it as the agency’s storefront, built to sell, not to list a career.
How does LinkedIn fit with cold email?
LinkedIn and cold email work as one outbound system, run against one list. That way, a prospect hears from you once with one offer, not twice with two. This is why the session closes on stacking LinkedIn with your other channels. The email session follows it in the Lead Generation track.
