What this policy covers
This page covers the programmes we sell: the mastermind, the bootcamp and the paid consulting hours. It explains where the refund and cancellation terms are set out and when you get to read them.
Most people asking about refunds are really asking something else. They are asking whether they will be stuck with something that turns out to be wrong for them. That is a fair question to have about coaching, because the usual answer is a long commitment agreed on a call before anything has been seen.
Our answer has two parts. The first is that the terms are written down and you read them before you pay, not after. The contract sets out refund and cancellation in full, and it is confirmed with you in writing before any money moves. Ask about anything in it that is unclear, and ask before you sign.
The second part matters more for somebody who has not bought yet. You do not have to commit to a year to find out whether this suits you. The call costs nothing, a single bootcamp session is $125, and the year sits at the end of that order rather than the start of it.

Three live hours on one subject, bought on its own. The smallest real thing we sell, and enough to judge how the room teaches.

As much of the bootcamp as you want
Any six sessions, or all fourteen. You can add to it rather than deciding everything at the start.

The mastermind year
A yearly commitment, and the last step rather than the first. A bootcamp fee is a separate purchase and is not taken off this price.
Nobody is asked to start at the bottom of that list. If a year is obviously right for your agency, the call will say so.
