How The Mastermind Works

Here is how the mastermind works: apply the lessons in your agency, share your progress and discuss it with coaches and other owners. The programme is for digital marketing and software development agencies. Use Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, every day, attend live Friday sessions and book one to one coaching when you need it. Roundtables, retreats and an international trip give you more time to work with the group.

How coaching supports the work you do

Program Overview

The mastermind combines live teaching, work inside your agency and feedback from coaches and other owners. Many owners arrive after taking courses that gave them useful videos and notes but little help applying them. Weeks later, the agency was still working in the same way. Here, sharing your work and discussing progress are part of the programme.

You use Basecamp every day to post progress and KPIs, ask questions and hear from coaches. A live Zoom session runs every Friday. The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the same Friday slot, with two owners discussing their challenges in hot seats. Retreats run every three months, and there is an international trip each year.

Use each part of the programme for the kind of help you need. Post questions in Basecamp between sessions, or use one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Bring your figures and challenges to the roundtable for feedback from the group. Retreats give you time away from daily operations to review the business.

The mastermind is capped at twenty agencies, keeping the group small enough to discuss individual businesses. Coaches and members can respond to the progress and challenges you share. In a hot seat, the discussion focuses on your agency’s situation, so you can consider the feedback against your own figures and decisions.

Who It Is For

The mastermind suits owners who have tried learning alone and want regular support to apply what they learn. Find a statement that describes you, then read across to see where you can get help.

If this is youBasecampFriday sessionOne to oneRoundtableRetreatTrip
I lose momentum between one session and the nextYesYes
I need an expert on my own agency, not a general lessonYes
I want other owners to review my figures and ask about my progressYesYes
I never get time away from the business to think about itYesYes
I want to learn from agencies further along than mineYesYes
I want to learn a subject in a live session every weekYes

More than one statement may describe what you need. You can discuss progress in Basecamp, learn with the cohort on Friday and bring agency-specific decisions to coaching or the roundtable. These forms of support work together throughout the year.

What to plan time for

Friday afternoons

  • The live session, every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time
  • One to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it
  • Basecamp, whenever the day allows
  • The work itself, inside your own agency

Plan for the Friday session and the monthly roundtable in the third week, in the same Friday slot. One to one coaching is booked when you need it, and Basecamp is open every day. Between sessions, complete the work inside your own agency and post it in Basecamp before the next Friday. That lets the next discussion start with what you have done.

Also plan for a retreat every three months, with one night together and three workshops. The annual international trip lasts two to three nights.

Every Friday session is recorded, and its roadmap item stays available in Basecamp. Use the recording and the item to catch up if you miss a session.
