Overview

What Sales Coaching For Digital Agencies Covers

Sales coaching here does not mean a motivation session and a script. It covers how your agency wins revenue: who sells, what happens at each stage of a deal, what you write down and measure, and how sellers are paid. Every area in this track works on that same system from a different side.

The track exists because the real problem is almost never the pitch. Usually the founder is the only one who can run a sales call, and the process lives only in their head. There are also no numbers that show which deals are about to close. Fix those three things and the pitch matters far less than most owners expect.

Everything below is coached live, not handed over as a recording. In the mastermind, the topics are already placed in the quarters of the fifty two week year. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course. Its sales sessions can be bought on their own if you want to start with one.

The founder is the first closer and usually the bottleneck.

The problem

The Problems It Solves In A Digital Agency

Most owners arrive with several of these at once. The order you fix them in matters more than the effort you put into any one.

Tick the ones that sound like your agency.

of 5 sound familiar

Most owners tick three or more. That is normal, and the track is put in order for exactly this. The index below is grouped by these same problems, so start with the first one you ticked.

Delivery

How Coaching Is Delivered: Mastermind vs Bootcamp

There are two ways to get this coaching. The mastermind is a year with the whole track in order. The bootcamp is a single three hour session you can buy on its own.

The mastermind

The whole track, in the order it works

The sales topics are already placed in the fifty two week year. There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Around them sit the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and daily access on Basecamp, the members’ online workspace.

A yearly commitment: $750 a month, or $7,999 a yearCapped at twenty agencies

The bootcamp

One session, bought on its own

The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course. Its sales sessions cover cold calling, closing high ticket clients and handling objections. Each runs live for three hours, in person in Lahore and online at the same time.

From $125 a sessionNo year long commitment

The roadmap

Where This Sits In The 52 Week Roadmap

Sales comes up in the first three quarters of the mastermind year, not all in one quarter. That way you come back to the work as your agency changes. Each topic is already placed in the year.

Who coaches you

The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad.

Umair Amjad

The book

Book Chapters That Back This

The mastermind puts the book 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z into practice, with deadlines. Two chapters back this track directly: the sales chapter and the sales funnels chapter. The sales chapter is by far the longest in the book.

From the book

How To Be A Superhero In Agency Sales

The problem
Every month starts again from zero, because finding clients is improvised each time.
What changes
Finding clients becomes a system with a pipeline behind it.

From the book

Sales Funnels For Agencies

The problem
People meet you once and are never heard from again.
What changes
The journey from stranger to client is planned, not left to chance.

The book tells you what to do. The mastermind makes sure you do it, by a set date, in front of the other owners in your cohort.

Who it is for

Who This Is For: Agency Owners, Freelancers, C Level

Three kinds of people come to this page, all running or building an agency. Each one has a different question. The track is the same for all three, but each starts at a different point.

  1. 1
    Start at process

The freelancer who has mastered the craft

You are good and you are booked, but every month still starts at zero. You are not missing skill. You are missing a way for work to come in without you chasing it.

  2. 2
    Start at the lifecycle

    The professional building an agency

You know the industry from the inside, but you have never had to sell. The gap is not confidence. Nobody has shown you what the stages of a deal are.

  3. 3
    Start at the team

The owner stuck well below their ability

The agency has not grown as far as your skills could take it. You can close any deal you handle yourself, but nothing closes without you. That is a problem with how the agency is set up, not with you.

Here is what members said after doing the work.

FAQs

FAQs

Is this training for me, or for my sales team?

Both, starting with you. The track starts with how the founder sells, because until that is repeatable there is nothing to hand over. Team building, hiring and commission come after that, not in place of it.

Do I have to join the mastermind to get the sales coaching?

No. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course. Its sessions on cold calling, closing high ticket clients and handling objections can be bought on their own, from $125. In the mastermind, the whole track is put in order across the year.

Who are the coaches?

The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. Umair Amjad is a business development consultant and founder of Kreative Bugs, and he built the sales and staffing practice he coaches. One to one coaching is with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it.

My team sells to the US and UK. Is the coaching built for that?

Yes. Spoken English and accent coaching is one of the areas in this track. The closing, negotiation and high ticket work also assume a Western buyer on the other end of the call.

We have no sales process at all. Is that too early?

No. Having no sales process is the normal starting point. Sales process setup and the sales lifecycle come early in the track for exactly that reason. The roadmap places them before the hiring and commission work.

How much of the year is actually about sales?

Sales comes up in each of the first three quarters of the year. The first quarter covers GoHighLevel, email marketing and automation. The second covers closing, high ticket clients, proposals and upselling. The third covers follow up, cold calling, spoken English and value added phrases. You come back to the work as your agency changes, not just once.

Will you write our scripts for us?

No, you build them with us, and you leave with scripts that fit your service and your market. The coaching covers scripts, sequences and follow up cadences. We will not hand over a generic script, because a script not built around your offer stops working on the second call.

What results should I expect?

Members report signed contracts, first US clients and sales hires that stay. We do not put a revenue figure or a date on it, because the result depends on what you implement between sessions. Every number we publish is one we can show you.
