Re evaluate the agency
What it covers
- Re evaluating your brand
- Your financials
- Your legal presence
The problem it answers
The agency looks like every other agency, so a high ticket buyer starts on price or does not start at all.

Presence, proof, proposals and the account ladder
A high ticket buyer decides most of the deal before the first call. They look at your brand, your company on paper, your search presence and how you present. Agencies that fail that check never hear why. This bootcamp session prepares you for it in three live hours. It covers re evaluating the agency, the right buyer and US presence, RFPs and the proof behind them, and growing one engagement into a retainer. The session is for digital marketing and software development agencies.

Coaching track: Sales
Why large deals are lost before the call
You can watch a US agency charge several times your rate for work you deliver just as well, and still lose the deal you were sure of. The proposal goes out, the buyer goes quiet, and nobody tells you why. Usually the deal was lost before the call. The agency looked like every other agency, so the conversation started on price or never started at all.
This session prepares the agency for the buyer who looks before they talk. It starts by re evaluating the agency the way a high ticket buyer will: the brand, the financials and the legal presence. Then it settles the ideal client for high ticket work, the US presence that buyer expects to see, and a professional outlook that matches the price.
From there it moves to RFP submission and how an RFP actually gets answered, with SEO as proof that the agency is who it says it is. It ends with the account ladder and the BPO pod. The account ladder is one of the program’s named frameworks, and it grows one engagement into a retainer.
Many small clients stay small. This session is about winning the larger clients, and growing them.
An agency a US buyer does not recognise
A presence a buyer recognises
Proposals that go quiet
Proof that convinces before the call
Small clients who stay small
One engagement grown into a retainer
What changes when the three hours end
What you can do the day after the session that you could not do before it.
Each one is part of the session. A buyer signing a large contract checks the agency long before they compare the price.
Here is how the three hours get you there.
The three hours, in the order they run
The session has four parts, shown here as the sections of a proposal. Choose a tab to see what each part covers and the problem it answers.

What you keep after the session
When the three hours end, this is what you keep.
The work after the session
The session ends by looking at your own agency the way a buyer would. In the week after, you close the gaps you found. The homework is small on purpose: one assignment, not a long worksheet.
Apply it to your own agency
A small assignment after the session, done on your own brand, presence and proposals, not on an example.
Post it to the topic thread
Questions and drafts go to this session’s Q&A thread, where the coaches and the cohort answer.
Take it into handling objections
The session Handling Objections And Interactive Q&A picks up where this one ends. It covers the price conversation, run as live drills.

Questions about this session
A high ticket client is one large enough to judge the agency before the price. They check your brand, your company on paper and your search presence, and they buy through proposals and RFPs. The session sets out the ideal client for high ticket work so you can tell which buyers are worth the preparation.
US presence is one of the session’s topics, because a buyer abroad expects to see it on paper. The session Brand Development Strategies covers the US entity ladder itself. This session covers how that presence, with your brand, financials and search presence, makes an agency a large buyer can sign.
Yes. RFP submission and how an RFP actually gets answered are part of the session, with SEO as proof alongside them. The Sales coaching track goes further with RFP submission and proposal development of their own.
The account ladder is one of the program’s named frameworks for growing one engagement into a retainer. It is for the agency whose small clients stay small. The session teaches how to use it, so the method is not printed here.
