The mastermind, first quarter
Mastermind Quarter 1: Foundation
Mastermind Quarter 1: Foundation sets out who you sell to, what you sell and what it costs. It is for digital marketing and software development agencies. Most owners want to improve sales first, but sales depend on these decisions. This quarter also sets up the first ways to reach buyers, which the rest of the year builds on.

The decisions that come before sales
Program Overview
Mastermind Quarter 1: Foundation covers the decisions your pricing, sales and delivery depend on. Most owners arrive wanting more sales after a quiet month, a lost bid or an unanswered proposal. The quarter starts by making the offer clear, so the first sales channels have something specific to promote.
You decide who the agency serves, what it sells, what it charges and what the year should achieve. Finalize your ideal client profile, or ICP, first. Then develop service and pricing packages for that client. Monthly recurring revenue, or MRR, retainers build on the same decisions.
The quarter also covers the agency’s name, team size, structure, bio, existing infrastructure and organisation chart. Company formation includes international and Pakistan setup, with a bank account, address, phone number and branded email. These details support the offer and how buyers contact you.
Build your website using the first section of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z. Then work on your LinkedIn profile, Sales Navigator, a data source, and email marketing and automation in GoHighLevel. These give the agency a defined offer, a price it can explain and ways to reach buyers.
The fourth quarter returns to this work through final reviews of MRR, pricing, branding, the site and lead generation. Each review checks something you started here. Take time to make these decisions carefully because later work depends on them.

About the first quarter
FAQs
What do I have by the end of Mastermind Quarter 1?
You build your agency’s foundation, from a defined ideal client to prices and first sales channels. This includes the intake questionnaire, website based on the book’s first section, ICP, niche and year plan with KPIs. You also develop service packages, a reviewed LinkedIn profile, Sales Navigator setup, a data source, GoHighLevel email automation and retainer packages.
Why does pricing come after the ICP rather than first?
Your pricing packages need to suit the ideal client profile you finalize earlier in the quarter. Without knowing that buyer, you are guessing at the price. The roadmap puts each decision after the work it depends on, so the ICP comes before pricing.
Does the first quarter cover company setup as well as sales channels?
Yes. The quarter covers your agency’s name, team size, structure, bio, existing infrastructure and organisation chart. It also covers international and Pakistan company formation, with a bank account, address, phone number and branded email. You begin with onboarding, including the Predictive Index test, before working on your ICP, prices and first sales channels.
How is the first quarter delivered?
You attend a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and the roundtable in the third week of the month. Use Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, every day for questions and progress. You also have one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it.
My agency already has a website. What does this quarter change?
The quarter reviews whether your website helps win clients, using the first section of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z. That section covers branding, trust and the agency website. You apply it to how the site attracts buyers and supports a sale. The fourth quarter returns to this work for a final review.
