Section 5 of 5, chapters 28 to 30
Section 5: The Expansion
Most agency plans stop at the next quarter, so the business ends up wherever the quarters lead. The last three chapters of the book plan further ahead. They cover a system to grow by repeating what works, a business that is defensible, and a ten year picture the agency is built toward, including an exit.

What Section 5 covers
Program Overview
The Expansion is the shortest section of the book, and it looks furthest ahead. By this point the agency has its market, its structure, its pipeline and a leader at the top, not an operator. One question is left, and most owners never ask it: what is all of this for, and will it hold as the agency grows?
The book answers in three steps. Scale it: a system for scaling, so going from ten people to a hundred means repeating what works, not one person doing more. Protect it: legal protection, so contracts, intellectual property and liability are handled before they turn into an emergency. Plan it: work backwards from a ten year picture, so the agency is built toward an outcome, including an exit, not just the next quarter.
It comes last because it depends on everything before it. A system for scaling needs the documented work of Section 2 to copy. A ten year plan means little until the agency has chosen its market and stopped depending on one person. Read too early, these chapters can feel like a wish list. Read last, they are the practical next step.
In the mastermind, this section closes the year. Contracts come in the third quarter, alongside the P&L review. The fourth quarter reviews the full agency system. Then, as the last new material in the programme, it asks what the year has made the agency worth and where it goes from here.
Scale the system, protect it, and plan further out than the next quarter.

- 5. The Expansion
This is the last of the five sections. It asks what the other four were building toward.
Three signs you are ready for it

When the mastermind covers this section
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
On the mastermind roadmap, contracts and the P&L review come in the third quarter. The final review of the full agency system and how an agency exit works come in the fourth quarter. So the book and the year end on the same question.
What each quarter covers from Section 5
The first quarter
Foundation
This section has no topic in this quarter.
The second quarter
Sales engine
This section has no topic in this quarter.
The third quarter
Systems
- Internal and external contracts, and the P&L review
The fourth quarter
Scale and exit
- Final review of the full agency system
- How an agency exit works, benchmarked against an agency
The year closes on questions and challenges, so how an agency exit works is the last new material in the programme. It comes at the end on purpose. Planning ten years ahead makes sense once there is a system to scale and protect.

About Section 5
FAQs
What does Section 5 of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z cover?
Section 5 covers chapters twenty eight to thirty: a system for scaling, legal protection, and planning the next ten years beforehand. Together they help an agency that works grow by repeating a system, protect itself, and head toward a chosen outcome.
Is Section 5 only for owners who want to sell?
No. Planning ten years ahead includes an exit as one possible outcome, not the only one. The point is to build the agency toward something on purpose, not toward whatever the next quarter brings.
Why is legal protection in the last section?
It is in the last section because it matters most once there is something worth protecting: clients, contracts, a team and intellectual property. In the mastermind it is not left to the end, though. Contracts are set up in the third quarter, alongside the P&L review.
When is Section 5 worked on in the mastermind?
Section 5 is worked on in the third and fourth quarters. Contracts come in the third quarter. The fourth quarter reviews the full agency system and covers how an agency exit works, benchmarked against an agency. Then the year closes on questions and challenges.
Can I read Section 5 first?
You can, but it reads best last. Scaling needs documented work to copy, and a ten year plan needs an agency that has chosen its market. The first four sections build both. Legal protection is the exception, and it is worth acting on early.
