International Agency Setup And Expansion

This coaching is for digital marketing and software development agencies that sell abroad, or want to. Many owners want to go international but have no plan, so their effort spreads across markets that never pay. We help you choose where to sell based on evidence, then set up properly there, so foreign buyers treat you like a local supplier.

Overview

What International Agency Setup Coaching Covers

International setup coaching answers two questions. The first is where to sell. You decide it on evidence about who pays, what they pay and how they buy, not on which country sounds impressive. The second is what to put in place once you have chosen. That means the entity, the bank account, the contracts, the visa position, the hours your team keeps and the price you can defend in that market.

The areas under this track come in two families. The first is the setup work: where you incorporate, how you get paid and stay legal, and how you run one agency across borders. You make each of these decisions once and then live with it. The second family is the markets: the places our members sell from and sell into. Each market has its own page, because a deal in Riyadh does not get done the way a deal in Manchester does.

This track also changes what you can charge. A US buyer pays a US supplier more than an offshore one, even for the same work by the same people. The next section shows that gap as two hourly ranges, so you can check it against your own invoices.

Going international becomes a plan when you have a chosen market, a price and an entity.

The organising idea behind this track

The problems

The Problems It Solves In A Digital Agency

The main problem is price. The two bars show the same hour of work, sold two ways, by the same people to the same standard. Everything else in this track helps an agency move from the first bar to the second. That means an entity the buyer recognises, a contract their legal team accepts, hours when their team can reach you, and a price you can defend when they ask why.

  1. Billing as an offshore supplier

    $15 to $35an hour

  2. Billing as an agency the buyer recognises

    $50 to $150an hour

Directional, not a guarantee, and not our rate card. The higher rate comes from a chosen market, a real entity and a minimum price you have worked out. That is why setup is taught next to pricing, not on its own.

The framework behind it

The Golden Math

Most owners quote from a feeling, because they have never worked out what an hour of their own agency actually costs. The costing model the programme teaches shows you the lowest price you can charge and still make money, even when you bill in a foreign currency. You work it out live, with your own numbers.

Here are the areas that close the gap.

The full index

Sub Areas We Coach (Full Index)

Every area, in the two families they form. The first is what you decide and set up. The second is where you do it.

Every area below is coached live inside the mastermind.

The setup

Decisions you make once per market and then live with.

Where you incorporate

  • US Company Formation For Agencies

LLC versus C Corp, state choice, registered agent, EIN and the order to do it in.

  • UK Company Setup For Agencies

Companies House registration, VAT thresholds, and what UK buyers expect to see.

  • UAE Agency Setup

Mainland versus free zone, visas, banking and the realities of selling in Dubai.

  • Saudi Arabia Agency Setup

Entry routes, localization expectations and how deals actually get done in KSA.

  • EU Agency Setup And GDPR

Entity options, GDPR obligations for outreach, and country by country differences.

  • Canada Agency Setup

Incorporation, tax basics and the market differences from the US.

  • Australia Agency Setup

ABN, GST and running delivery across an inconvenient time zone.

Getting paid, and staying legal

  • US Business Banking And Payments

Opening accounts as a non resident founder and getting paid without friction.

  • International Client Contracts

MSAs, SOWs, IP transfer, jurisdiction and dispute clauses across markets.

  • Cross Border Hiring And Contractors

Contractor agreements, payroll options and compliance when your team is in another country.

  • US Visa Options For Agency Owners

The categories agency founders commonly explore, what each generally requires, and where a licensed attorney is not optional.

Running it across borders

  • Time Zone Coverage And US Hours Support

Shift design so a Pakistan based team gives US hours coverage without burning out.

  • Hybrid And Remote Global Agency Model

Running one agency across a US front office and an offshore delivery base.

  • International Pricing Benchmarks

What US, UK, UAE and EU buyers actually pay for agency services, and where offshore pricing sits.

  • International Market Entry Checklist

What to have in place before you spend a dollar on a new market.

The markets

Each market has its own page, because buyers in each place buy differently, even when the work is the same.

Delivery

How Coaching Is Delivered: Mastermind vs Bootcamp

This track is coached mostly inside the mastermind, and it works differently from the other coaching tracks on purpose.

Most coaching tracks follow a sequence of topics on the roadmap. This one gives you answers at the moment a market raises the question, and that moment is different for every agency in the group. An owner signing their first US retainer needs the entity and the banking in the same fortnight. An owner three years into the UK needs the contract clauses and the VAT position, and nothing about company formation.

So most of it runs on the parts of the mastermind that have no fixed timetable. These are daily Basecamp, the monthly roundtable, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. The roadmap holds the two decisions everybody makes at about the same time: choosing the market early in the year, and reviewing the visa position at the end of it.

How this track runs

  • Daily BasecampAsk in the same week a buyer asks you
  • The monthly roundtableOwners already selling in the market you want
  • One to one coachingWith a subject matter expert, booked when you need it
  • The Friday live sessionEvery Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time

  • Fourth quarterReview the visa position

The mastermind

Answers when you need them, not on a fixed date

The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Around them sit the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and daily access on Basecamp, the members’ online workspace. For this track, the group of owners matters most: up to twenty agencies, some already selling in the market you want, who answer on the same day.

A yearly commitment: $750 a month, or $7,999 a year

Capped at twenty agencies

The nearest single session

Bootcamp, a separate shorter course

Brand Development Strategies

A bootcamp session where the US setup ladder is taught alongside positioning and the ideal client profile. It is filed under branding, because it covers both.

From $125, three hours live, in person in Lahore and online at the same time.

The roadmap

Where This Sits In The 52 Week Roadmap

This track holds the first decision of the year and the last review. In between, you get answers when you need them, because you choose a market once and then work in it all year.

Q1The first decision

Choosing the market, on evidence

The first quarter settles the ideal client profile and the niche. The book chapter Calculated Markets To Work In sets out which markets are worth the effort at all. Every setup decision on this page follows from this one.

You leave with: a market chosen on who pays, what they pay and how they buy

Q4The last review

US visa options, reviewed

The last review of the year, in the fourth quarter. By then an owner has most of a year of selling into the market behind them. Now the visa question is real, and worth taking to an attorney.

You leave with: clear questions to take to a licensed attorney

In between

The rest of the year covers the other coaching tracks. This one runs alongside them on Basecamp and at the monthly roundtable. Nobody needs company formation on a schedule. They need it the week a buyer asks which company they are signing the contract with.

The book

Book Chapters That Back This

The mastermind year is built on 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z, by Hamid Mahmood. One chapter backs this whole track, because it decides where every other area on this page gets used.

From the section Agency Alchemy

Calculated Markets To Work In

Backs the market decision

Owners want to go international but have no plan, so their effort spreads across markets that were never going to pay.

You choose where to sell on evidence.

It sits in the book’s opening section, beside niche and branding. Choosing a market and choosing a position are closely linked, so the book puts them together.

Who it fits

Who This Is For: Agency Owners, Freelancers, C Level

Owners, freelancers and senior professionals all come to this page, and each starts from a different point. Here is where each should begin.

  • Agency owners

Why has this stopped growing, and is it me?

You have overseas clients, but they still treat you as a vendor, not a trusted supplier. It shows in the rate, the payment terms and who you are allowed to speak to. The fix is usually structural: an entity, a contract and a presence the buyer recognises.

    Start with Pakistan
  • Freelancers

How do I turn skill into a business?

You are paid a marketplace rate by clients who are already abroad. The next step is not a new country. It is becoming a company in the country you sell to, and that step is smaller than most people assume.

    Start with Lahore
  • C level and senior professionals

What do I not know that I do not know?

You are on the buying side of this today, or you have been. What is new is running the delivery base, not hiring one. That brings the compliance, hiring and time zone questions that come with owning both ends.

    Start with the United States

FAQs

FAQs

Do I need a US company to sell to US clients?

No. Plenty of members sign their first US retainer without one. An entity changes the size of buyer who will sign with you, the payment terms you can hold and the rate you can defend. It is a business decision, not a legal requirement, and the track treats it that way.

Which market should we go into first?

Choose it in the first quarter, on evidence about who pays, what they pay and how they buy, not on which country sounds best. The book chapter Calculated Markets To Work In covers it. Each market also has its own page, so you can read how buying works there before you commit.

Is there a bootcamp session for this?

Yes, the nearest is Brand Development Strategies, a session of the bootcamp, which is a separate, shorter course. It teaches the US setup ladder alongside positioning, and it can be bought on its own from $125. The rest of this track runs inside the mastermind, because setup questions come up when a buyer asks them, not on a set date.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. The coaching covers what the options are, what each generally involves and what other members actually did. You then go to a lawyer or an accountant knowing what to ask. Visas, tax filings and jurisdiction clauses need a licensed professional in that country, and the track is clear about where that line sits.

How does a Pakistan based team cover US hours?

With shift design, which has its own area in the index above. The key question is which roles truly need overlap with the client and which only need a handover. Covering every hour with everybody is how a team burns out inside a quarter.

We already sell to the UK. Is any of this new?

Probably the contract and compliance half, not the entity half. MSAs, IP transfer, jurisdiction and dispute clauses are where established exporters often find risks they did not know they had. GDPR obligations on outreach also catch agencies that have prospected into the EU for years.

Why is there a page for each market when you coach from Pakistan?

Because some markets are where members are based and the rest are where they sell, and each needs different things. A Lahore agency and a Manchester agency in the same cohort are solving opposite problems with the same programme, so each market gets its own page.

What does this actually change about what we can charge?

It can move you from the lower hourly range toward the higher one, shown as two bars above, though that gap is directional, not a promise. Several things move the number together: an entity a buyer recognises, a market you chose on purpose, contracts their legal team accepts and a minimum price you calculated, not guessed. The programme teaches each of these in the order they depend on each other.
