Weekly Mastermind Sessions
Weekly mastermind sessions run every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, with the whole cohort learning one subject together. The programme is for digital marketing and software development agencies. A fixed weekly session helps you keep applying the lessons when client work gets busy. Share your progress before the next session so coaches and other owners can see what you have done.

How the weekly sessions work
Program Overview
Weekly mastermind sessions bring the whole cohort together on Zoom to learn one subject and discuss the work completed since the previous session. Each session lasts ninety minutes, every Friday from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. The monthly roundtable runs in the third week, in the same Friday slot. Two hand picked owners take its hot seats, about forty five minutes each.
The day, time and group stay the same while the subject changes. Sales growth topics cover finding leads, closing sales and managing the delivery of work you win. Each subject links to a coaching page where you can read more about what it covers. You can use those pages to understand the subject before attending the live session.
You learn with a group capped at twenty agencies, alongside owners at roughly your stage and coaches who run their own agencies. In Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, you share the work you have completed and the problems you need help with. Coaches and other owners can respond to that progress. The live discussion gives you feedback on how you are applying the lessons.
Post the work from the previous session in Basecamp before Friday so the discussion starts with what you have done. After the live session, complete the next item inside your agency and share it before the following session. Plan time for that work as well as the ninety-minute call. Applying the subject between sessions is how it becomes part of your agency.
- CEO sales coaching
- KPI management and reporting
- Team communication and culture
- Digital branding and online presence
- Sales funnel development and AI tools
The weekly sessions cover these recurring themes. The subjects below show the sales, lead generation and delivery work you study within them.
Who can commit to weekly sessions
Who It Is For
The weekly sessions suit owners who can attend a fixed Friday session and apply the work between calls throughout the year. Consider both the subjects you need and the time you can set aside. Recordings help you catch up when you miss a session.
Block the Friday
- You can hold the same Friday afternoon every week, or watch the recording inside the same week.
- You want to follow subjects in the order set out by the programme.
- You will post the week’s work in Basecamp before the next session.
- You want the rest of the cohort to see the work, not just a coach.
When a shorter course may suit you
- You want one channel finished properly before committing a year of Fridays.
- You cannot set aside a fixed weekly slot throughout a twelve month programme.
- You want to work through recordings at your own pace, without a live cohort or work to share between sessions.
The yearly programme follows the order in which you build the sales process: prepare lead lists, start outreach, close sales and organise delivery. You study the subjects in sequence and apply them alongside the same group of owners. That gives the group a shared view of the work each agency is developing.
Not ready for a year of Fridays? The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course.

Here are the subjects you study in the weekly sessions.
Find buyers, close sales and deliver the work
What You Get, Step By Step
The weekly sessions cover finding buyers, closing sales and delivering the work. Subjects are listed below under their coaching areas, with a description of what each covers and how it helps your agency. Follow a subject’s link to read more on its coaching page.
Find the work
Compare ways to reach buyers so you can choose the channels that suit your market. You study what each channel covers and the kind of enquiry it helps you generate.

- LinkedIn OutreachProfile, targeting, connection and message sequences, and the automation limits that keep an account safe. For the agencyConversations with the buyers you actually want, from an account that stays safe.Lead generation

Close the work
Work on turning enquiries into decisions and sales. These subjects address calls that go well but never close, and objections that prevent a buyer from moving forward.

Deliver the work
Organise delivery so new sales do not leave every project dependent on the owner. Study business models and staffing offers that help your team handle the work as the agency grows.
