Out of your head
SOP Library
Delivery, sales and admin SOPs: the procedures our members run their agencies on. Each one comes with the quarter of the mastermind that builds it, so quality stops depending on who happens to be on the project.

Procedures that live somewhere other than your head
Overview
Every agency has procedures. Most of them live in one person’s head, which is why a project goes well when the right person is on it and goes badly when they are away. The fix is not a thicker manual nobody opens. It is a short set of SOPs people actually follow, stored where they will find them, and kept current.
The SOP Library covers the three places an agency runs on habit: sales, delivery and admin. Delivery is where quality is won or lost, so it comes first: the second quarter of the mastermind builds the procedures, templates and blueprints that standardise most of your deliveries, and the third quarter adds account management and delivery SLAs.
Sales and admin follow in the systems quarter, which tightens how the sales team is managed, starts weekly EOS reports by department alongside a calendar review, and revamps project management and time tracking. From then on the agency can be read from its own reports rather than from your memory.
Each SOP comes with the quarter that teaches it and the coach who covers it. The coaches run companies with more than seventy five staff across New York and Lahore, so they teach procedures as people who depend on them every day.
