What the bootcamp sessions cover

Program Overview

Each bootcamp session covers one part of winning international clients, with three live hours on that topic. Sessions run every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running. You learn to choose your buyers, find and reach them, close sales, arrange staffing and deliver the work you sold.

The sequence starts with positioning, then covers lead generation, sales and scaling the agency. Positioning comes first because each channel costs more when you have not chosen who to serve or how to stand out. If your offer looks like every other agency’s, a buyer may compare your email on price alone, however well you write it.

You can also buy any one of the fourteen sessions for $125. It includes the recording for up to two partners, the slides and the resource pack. Use the agenda to plan the full cohort or find a session for a problem you want to address now.

Several sessions use named frameworks, including the Hedgehog, the Golden Math, the Authority Flywheel and the account ladder. Coaches developed these through problems they faced in their own companies, and teach them consistently across cohorts. The agenda names each framework and explains its outcome. You learn how to use it during the live session.

I learned a lot regarding different methods of lead gen, what is the right way of doing these, what lead gen method is fit at what level and how to scale these.

What one Wednesday looks like

Delivery Format And Time Commitment

What you need to do

  • Turn up live: attendance is the first thing the programme measures.
  • Finish the small assignment before the next session.
