The last session of the bootcamp

Addressing Execution Challenges And Final Q&A

A bootcamp can leave you with a notebook full of good ideas and an agency that runs exactly as it did before. The gap is execution, not knowledge. This last session of the bootcamp gives three live hours to your execution challenges. It covers what you actually implemented, what is blocking the rest, the delivery and account work that keeps clients, and the plan for your next ninety days. The session is for digital marketing and software development agencies.

Why the last session matters

Session Overview

By the end of a bootcamp, most owners know more than they have done. The niche is chosen on paper, the list half built, the sequence drafted and the price still not raised. Things broke between sessions, and the reason was usually not the work itself.

This session is where the bootcamp is checked against the agency. It starts with a follow up on what you actually implemented, across the cohort, so you can see what changed and what did not. Then it names the blockers, the execution challenges that stopped the rest, and works through them with you in the session.

Next it covers the work that keeps the clients you win in the earlier sessions: communication standards, delivery quality and account management. It closes on the plan for your next ninety days, and a final open Q&A.

You leave the bootcamp with a plan, not a pile of notes. You also see clearly which of the fourteen sessions you have put to work.

What you implemented

The problem it answers

You have a bootcamp’s worth of notes, and no clear view of which ones became changes in your agency.

Then

The blockers

The problem it answers

Things break between sessions, and the reason is usually not the work itself.

Then

Delivery and accounts

The problem it answers

Clients are treated as transactions and leave when the project ends.

The next ninety days

The problem it answers

Every new idea feels like growth, and without a plan most of them are distractions.

The work after the session

Live Implementation And Homework

This session’s homework is the plan itself, and you carry it out in the weeks after the session. The homework is small on purpose: one assignment, not a long worksheet.

  1. 1

Apply it to your own agency

A small assignment after the session, done on your own plan, not on an example.

  2. 2

Post it to the topic thread

Questions and progress go to this session’s Q&A thread, where the coaches and the cohort answer.

  3. 3

    Keep going in the mastermind

The mastermind carries the plan through a full year. It has a live session every Friday, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it.

What we ask of you

  • Turn up live: attendance is the first thing the programme measures.
  • Implement between sessions rather than only watching.
  • Ask in the thread, and help the others.

Questions about this session

FAQs

Can I buy this session if I did not attend the others?

Yes, it can be bought on its own for $125. The delivery, account management and planning work stands on its own. It helps most if you sat earlier sessions, because the first half follows up on what was implemented across the cohort.

What is the ninety day plan?

It is the plan you leave the bootcamp with: what you will put to work in your agency over the next ninety days. You build it in the session from what you implemented and what blocked you. It turns what you learned in the bootcamp into changes in your agency.

Why does the last session cover delivery and account management?

Because the earlier sessions are about winning clients, and this one is about keeping them. Communication standards, delivery quality and account management decide whether a client won through outreach or a high ticket close stays.

What happens after the bootcamp ends?

The plan carries on, in your agency or in the mastermind. Mastermind members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free, and the mastermind year closes on final reviews of the whole agency system.
