Branding And Authority Coaching
A buyer decides what you cost before they speak to you, from things they see when you are not there. When your agency looks like every other agency, the conversation starts on price and stays there. This branding track changes what buyers see and judge, for digital marketing and software development agencies.

Overview
What Agency Branding And Authority Coaching Covers
Branding coaching here is not a logo and a colour palette. It is everything a buyer concludes about your agency before you speak to them. That means who you say you are, what your site says for you, what other people say about you, and where else buyers see your name while they decide. The index below is arranged from the buyer’s side, because that is the side that decides.
Branding is the first thing the mastermind year covers. The first quarter opens on the agency website, the ICP and the niche. These come before the finance, lead generation and sales topics in the same quarter, so this is the earliest coaching track of the year. The bootcamp, a separate and shorter course, also starts with Brand Development Strategies.
This order is deliberate. Outreach into a market you have not defined costs more per reply. A proposal from an agency that looks like all the others gets judged on price alone. Both are expensive to fix later, so branding is taught before the channels that depend on it.

The problems
The Problems It Solves In A Digital Agency
Nobody tells you they decided against you. These are the moments where it happens, in the order a buyer reaches them, and what changes at each one.
Before they have heard of you
Nobody is searching for your agency, and the ones who do get found look no better than you do.
You are findable in the places this buyer actually looks, and recognisable when they get there.
The moment they see you
The agency looks like every other agency, so the conversation starts on price.
You look like the price you intend to charge, before anybody has quoted anything.
While they are deciding who to ask
Selling everything to everyone makes you invisible, and easy to undercut by somebody narrower.
You become the obvious choice for one kind of buyer, not one option among many.
On the site
The site is a brochure. It describes the agency and converts nobody.
The site brings in leads and books calls, even outside working hours.
When they go looking for proof
Real, happy clients have left no trace that anybody outside your inbox can find.
Satisfaction becomes visible evidence, in the places a buyer checks it.
After the proposal
Prospects go quiet and you never learn why.
Proof does the convincing before the call, so the proposal confirms a decision instead of asking for one.
Here is every area we coach to change those moments.

Delivery
How Coaching Is Delivered: Mastermind vs Bootcamp
There are two ways to get this coaching: the mastermind and the bootcamp. The bootcamp opens with this track on purpose, because the other topics depend on it.
Bootcamp session
Brand Development Strategies
Positioning, the ideal client profile, choosing a market you can keep winning in, and the shift from freelancer identity to agency brand.
Maps to the first and second quarters
Bootcamp session
Authority And Inbound Leads
Getting buyers to find you without paid ads, and building a founder profile that convinces buyers before they contact you.
Maps to the second quarter
From $125 a session, three hours live, in person in Lahore and online at the same time.
The mastermind
Built in the first quarter, reviewed in the fourth
The mastermind year starts with branding. The first quarter builds it, and the fourth quarter checks it against the agency you have by then. There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Around them sit the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and daily access on Basecamp, the members’ online workspace.
A yearly commitment: $750 a month, or $7,999 a year
Capped at twenty agencies
The Hedgehog
A niche picked for the wrong reason never takes off.
Choose a niche that will last, not just the easiest one.
Taught in the Brand Development Strategies session, and revisited whenever the agency outgrows the niche it chose. This page names it and says what it is for. The method itself is taught inside the coaching.
The roadmap
Where This Sits In The 52 Week Roadmap
Branding is the only track that opens the mastermind year and closes it. It is built in the first quarter, and the other tracks use it in the two quarters in between. In the fourth quarter it is reviewed against the agency you actually have by then.
It opens the year
This track is the first real coaching of the year, in the first quarter. Nothing is sold, written or optimised before the niche is chosen.
- Q1Quarter 1, FoundationThe agency website, built to the structure in section one of the bookWhat every page has to say, and what it has to prove.
- Q1Quarter 1, FoundationICP finalisation and nicheA specific ideal client profile, because every channel underperforms without one.
- Q1Quarter 1, FoundationLinkedIn profile review, and the Sales Navigator reviewFounder and team profiles that make outreach land instead of getting ignored.
It closes the year
By the fourth quarter the agency has most of a year of work behind it. The portfolio and the brand are then reviewed against what the agency has become, not what it planned to be.
- Q4Quarter 4, Scale and exitPortfolio and case study library follow upCase studies that sell, and a portfolio that grows with the agency.
- Q4Quarter 4, Scale and exitFinal review of branding, the site and social mediaThe brand checked against the agency you have become, not the one you planned.
The second and third quarters
The two quarters in between belong to the other coaching tracks: lead generation, sales, finance, systems, team and the rest. They use the positioning, site and proof this track builds, which is why it is built first and checked last.
The book
Book Chapters That Back This
The mastermind year follows the book, and this track draws on more of it than any other, most of all the book’s opening section. Each chapter is named with the change it brings.

Who it fits
Who This Is For: Agency Owners, Freelancers, C Level
Three people arrive at a branding page, all of them running or building an agency, and each of them is failing a different check.
Agency owners
Why has this stopped growing, and is it me?
The work is good, but referrals have slowed. That usually means people who already know the agency still use it, and everybody else cannot see it. The gap is between how good you are and how good you look from outside.
Usually fails on where else they see you
Freelancers
How do I turn skill into a business?
You are selling your time and skill, not an outcome, and the buyer prices you that way. The change here is one of identity: from a person who does the work to a brand that delivers a result. Most people skip this step.
Usually fails on who you say you are
C level and senior professionals
What do I not know that I do not know?
You have a reputation, but it belongs to the company you are leaving, not to you. Building a reputation of your own is different work from what you have done before. So is building a business that a buyer who has never met you can check.
Usually fails on what other people say
Here is what members said after doing the work.

FAQs
FAQs
Do you design the logo and the website for us?
No. This is coaching, not a design studio. You leave able to brief and judge that work yourself, so you do not depend on somebody to redo it next year. The first quarter works on your site structure: what each page has to say and what it has to prove. That is the part a designer cannot decide for you.
Why is branding the first thing in the year?
Branding comes first because every later topic depends on it. Outreach into a market you have not defined costs more per reply. A proposal from an agency that looks like all the others gets judged on price. The website, the ICP and the niche open the first quarter, ahead of lead generation and sales, for that reason.
We already have a brand. Is this still for us?
Yes, and the second half of the track is probably the most useful part for you. Trust signals, reviews, case studies and the portfolio are where most established agencies are weakest. They need a system, not a one time decision, and nobody schedules them.
Do I have to join the mastermind to get this?
No. The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course, and its sessions on this track can be bought on their own from $125: Brand Development Strategies, and Authority And Inbound Leads. In the mastermind, the work is built in the first quarter and reviewed in the fourth against the agency you actually have by then.
What if we pick the wrong niche?
You can change it, and it happens often enough that rebranding is its own area in the index. That area covers what to keep and how not to lose your rankings in the process. The Hedgehog is the framework the programme teaches for choosing a niche in the first place, so you pick one that lasts rather than one that is convenient.
Who actually teaches the branding topics?
The mastermind is taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad, who run the same playbooks in their own companies. When you need help on your own brand, site or proof, you book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert.
How do we get reviews when clients will not leave them?
Most clients do not leave reviews because nobody asked them when they were most pleased, and there is no system for asking. Reviews and reputation is a full area in the index, not a single tactic. It covers collecting reviews on Google, Clutch and Facebook, then using them where the sales conversation actually happens.
How long before this shows up in revenue?
Positioning shows up first in reply rates and in how early price comes up, not as a line on an invoice. It changes what a buyer concludes on first contact. The proof and portfolio work takes longer to pay off. We do not put a figure or a date on it, because the result depends on what you implement between sessions.
