The scope
What these terms cover
These terms cover the programmes LeadGenDone sells: the mastermind, the bootcamp and the paid consulting hours. They also cover the materials you receive as part of them, which are recordings, slides, contracts, templates and SOPs.
Agency owners have usually been sold coaching before, and the thing that went wrong was rarely the teaching. It was that the price moved, the commitment was longer than it sounded, or what was included turned out to be an upsell. So every price we charge is published on one page rather than quoted on a call, and the length of the commitment is stated before you pay anything.
The mastermind is a yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. Those prices are final. The bootcamp is sold a session at a time from $125, or in tiers up to the full cohort. A bootcamp purchase is separate: its fee is not taken off the mastermind price.
The full contract, including refund and cancellation terms, is confirmed with you in writing before you pay. Read it then, and ask about anything that is not clear. This page is the summary, and the contract is the agreement.
Both sides of it
What you are agreeing to
A programme is an agreement in two directions. Here is each one.
What we commit to
The price you were shown
The mastermind is $750 a month or $7,999 for the year, and the prices are final. The bootcamp starts at $125 a session.
The room stays small
A mastermind cohort is capped at twenty agencies, and the cap holds for the whole year.
Everything the fee includes
The fifty two week roadmap, the Friday session, and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Around them sit the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months, an international trip each year, and every bootcamp held during your one year membership.
The sessions are recorded
A session you cannot attend live stays available to you, so missing one does not put you behind.
You keep the materials
After a bootcamp cohort ends you keep the recordings, the slides, the contracts, the SOPs and the templates.
The contract before the payment
The terms, including refund and cancellation, are confirmed with you in writing before anything is paid.
What we ask of you
These three are what the programme asks in return. They are the reason a cohort works, and they are stated upfront, before you join.
Attend the sessions live
Attendance is the first thing the programme measures. A recording is there for the week you cannot make, not as the default way to take part.
Do the work between them
Each item carries something to implement in your own agency. The programme teaches; it does not do it for you.
Use the threads
Ask your questions where the cohort can see them, and answer the ones you can. The room is only as useful as what gets said in it.
In practice
What this means when you buy
A seat is one person
One bootcamp seat is one attendee live. The recordings and the slide content are licensed for up to two partners from your agency, so a second person can follow the material without a second seat.
The materials are licensed to your agency
The sessions and the book are privately owned work. You keep your copies and use them inside your own agency. They are not yours to resell, republish or teach from as your own.
A bootcamp fee is a separate purchase
It is not taken off the mastermind price. Once you join the mastermind, every bootcamp held during your one year membership is included free, which runs the other way.
The commitment is a year
Paying monthly and paying yearly are the same twelve month programme. The only difference is how you pay. If a year does not fit your situation, say so on the call before you enrol.
