How you build a repeatable sales process
Program Overview
Mastermind Quarter 2: Sales Engine builds a repeatable process for finding buyers, closing sales and growing accounts. Agencies can have strong skills and clear prices but still depend on referrals and the owner’s sales calls. Without a repeatable process, a good sales month is difficult to repeat.
You work on being found through an authority profile, a micro influencer launch, SEO, Facebook and Google Ads, and international expos. Closing training and proposal development help you turn conversations into sales. Upselling, cross selling and staffing help you grow existing accounts and sell your team’s capacity. You also review the cash those sales produce and decide what to reinvest.
The process needs to keep working each month, from attracting buyers to managing the money they bring in. Closing, staffing and cash flow each have a follow-up topic later in the quarter. You return to them after applying the work with real clients, so you can review what happened and improve it.
You also document procedures, templates and delivery plans for most of the agency’s work, so new projects do not all depend on you. The year is built on 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z, by Hamid Mahmood. This quarter applies its thinking on audience, sales and reinvestment to your agency.
- A profile and a search presence that bring buyers to you
- Sales calls and proposals that end in a decision
- A staffing offer, and clients that grow after they sign
- Procedures, templates and delivery plans for most deliveries
- A view of cash flow and profitability by department

What You Get, Step By Step
The second quarter covers finding buyers, closing sales, growing accounts, managing cash and delivering the work. The topics below are arranged by those stages so you can find the problem you need to address. The curriculum page lists the whole year by quarter.
New buyers lead to sales, and existing clients can buy more as their needs grow. Review the cash those sales produce before reinvesting in growth. Document delivery too, so the team can handle the extra work.

FAQs
What does Mastermind Quarter 2: Sales Engine build?
It builds a repeatable process for finding buyers, closing sales and growing accounts. You work on authority, a micro influencer launch, SEO, Facebook and Google Ads, and international expos. Closing training, follow-up, proposals, upselling, cross selling and staffing cover sales. Delivery procedures and plans, plus departmental cash flow and profitability reviews, support the extra work.
Does my agency need the first quarter in place before this one?
The first quarter’s work is useful preparation for this quarter’s sales topics. That includes a finalized ICP and niche, service and pricing packages, a LinkedIn profile and Sales Navigator. It also includes a trusted data source, email automation and retainer packages. If several are missing, review Quarter 1 first.
Why is staffing in a sales quarter?
Staffing lets your agency sell the team’s capacity as well as projects. This quarter covers developing that offer, then reviewing it after discussing it with real clients. Selling capacity can help you grow an existing account without starting a new sales pitch.
What happens to the money this quarter brings in?
You review cash flow and decide how much to reinvest in growth. A follow-up then checks cash flow management and compares each department’s cash flow with its profitability. You can see which departments make money and which lose it before the third quarter turns to systems.
How is the second quarter delivered?
You attend a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and the roundtable in the third week of the month. You also have one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Use Basecamp every day for questions and progress between sessions.
