Once a year, abroad
Annual Mastermind Trip
The annual mastermind trip takes LeadGenDone members abroad once a year, for two to three nights. The country is chosen for exposure to the latest trends in the digital industry. You spend that time with other agency owners, some of them further ahead than you, away from the daily work. The aim is to see what is changing before it reaches your clients, and decide what your agency should change next.

Why the mastermind takes you abroad
Program Overview
The channel that filled your pipeline two years ago now costs more and brings in less. A service clients once paid for, they now expect for free. These changes happen slowly, while you are busy delivering, so they are easy to miss. At the same time, every new tool and platform looks like the next big thing, and most of them are distractions.
Both problems have the same cause. Inside one agency, in one city, you see the industry only through your own clients. Reading more does not fix that. What helps is spending time, once a year, where the industry is visibly changing, with people who can tell you which changes matter.
That is what the international trip is for. Once a year, members travel abroad for two to three nights, to a country chosen for exposure to the latest trends in the digital industry. Most of the mastermind year is about the work in front of you. The trip is time away from the agency, with owners who are further ahead, so you can look at your business from the outside.
The trip has the same goal as the whole year. You want an agency that changes before it is forced to, run by an owner who can tell a real opportunity from one that only looks exciting.

Most of the year is about running the agency. The trip is the one part spent abroad, looking at where the wider industry is going.
Who the trip is for
Who It Is For
The trip is part of a programme for digital marketing and software development agencies, and only mastermind members go. What it gives you depends on where you are starting from.
You have mastered the craft
You know your service better than anyone. The trip shows you where the market for that service is heading, before your clients tell you.
You have left a job to build an agency
You are still learning which opportunities are real. Owners who are further ahead have already tried the ones that turned out to be distractions, and can tell you which is which.
You are stuck below your own ability
What got the agency this far has stopped working. Seeing what is changing in other markets helps you decide what to change first.
Not ready for a year? The bootcamp is a separate, shorter course, and you can try a single session for $125 to see how the coaches teach. Start with one session

What the trip includes
What You Get, Step By Step
Most of the mastermind year is about your agency’s daily work. The trip is about where the industry is going. The pass below shows each part of the trip. Choose a line to see why it is there.
From
Your agency
Two to three nights is the longest the mastermind takes you away from the business. The rest of the year helps you build an agency that can run without you for that long: one you lead, not one you have to work in every day.
To
A country chosen for the latest trends in the digital industry
What worked last year can stop working without warning. The country is chosen for exposure to what is changing, so your agency can change before it is forced to.
With
Fellow mastermind members
Owners who are further ahead than you, and who have already chased opportunities that turned out to be distractions. Time with them helps you tell a real opportunity from one that only looks exciting.
Stay
Two to three nights
Longer than the retreat, which is one night. It is also the only part of the mastermind held abroad, and long enough to look at your agency from the outside.
Runs
Once a year
The trip happens once a year. Around it run the Friday sessions, the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months, and one to one coaching booked when you need it. At year end, members also get a guide to what worked for the group that year.
Two to three nights, once a year
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
Most of the mastermind runs remotely, week to week, and the retreat brings members together every three months. The trip is the only part of the year spent abroad.
