About LeadGenDone

We coach the owners of digital marketing and software development agencies through two programs, and the people who teach them still run agencies of their own. Below is who we are, why we coach rather than sell another course, and the operating experience sitting behind both programs.

Who we are

Overview

LeadGenDone is a coaching company for digital agency owners, and two programs run under it. The mastermind is a fifty two week roadmap capped at twenty agencies, live every Friday on Pakistan time, at $750 a month or $7,999 a year. The bootcamp is fourteen live three hour sessions covering more than twelve lead generation channels, from $125 for a single session to $1,499 for the full cohort with dedicated hours.

Most of our members are agency owners in Pakistan selling into the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the EU. Sessions run in person at our Lahore office on Green Acres Main Road and live online at the same time, so an owner outside Pakistan sits in the same room as one who drove there.

Why this exists

Why we coach

Four things we already believed before there was a program to sell, and each one decided something about how the programs run.

The owner is usually the bottleneck

You close the deals, you lead delivery and you manage the projects. The month resets to zero every time you stop selling. That is not a lead generation problem, so we do not coach it as one.

A book is not implementation

7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z runs to thirty chapters and tells you what to do. The mastermind is the same material on a deadline, in front of the other owners in your cohort, who will notice if you skip a week.

Channels move, so the teaching has to

The coaches teach the work they run in their own companies. Nobody teaches a channel they stopped working in, which is why the bootcamp agenda changes between cohorts.

Peers do most of the compounding

The daily Basecamp thread, the monthly roundtable hot seat and the retreat every three months are where members get unstuck, more often than the Friday session is. The twenty agency cap exists to keep that room small enough to work.

Those are the reasons. This is the record behind them.

The operating experience behind the programs

Details

The two lead coaches run agencies and software companies of their own. That is the whole reason the coaching is worth buying, so here is the record rather than an adjective.

Hamid Mahmood has been paid by every revenue model the programs teach, in the order the programs teach them. HTML Pro sold agency websites and small ecommerce builds at fixed project prices: high volume, thin margin, and a new sale required every single month. Shopify Pro moved the same work onto monthly retainers, which is where predictable revenue actually started. Software Pro, from 2018, sold dedicated development and BPO teams of ten, fifteen and more than a hundred people. After that came the co-owned centres, where a client in the United States owns the operation and this side handles HR, infrastructure and admin.

That matters because the scalable business models session of the bootcamp is a three hour teardown of six business models, with the costing maths worked live. It is taught by someone who has run four of them and been burned by at least two.

The wider record behind that: more than two thousand projects delivered, development partnerships with over a hundred agencies in North America, and team models established across seven IT facilities on three continents. Alongside it, a community of around fourteen thousand agency owners built over three to four years, and a masterclass that grew from a room of three hundred and fifty into Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.

Umair Amjad built the staff augmentation practice he teaches rather than researching it, and the LinkedIn recommendations further down this page are from his own clients rather than from a bootcamp cohort.

I will not sell you a shortcut. It took me three to four years of showing up to build my community to around fourteen thousand agency owners, answering comments fifteen minutes a day, speaking to rooms of ten before I ever spoke to rooms of hundreds.
