How the consultation hour works

Program Overview

Tier 4 gives you a focused consultation before you decide whether to buy sessions or a longer programme. A price list may not tell you whether selected sessions, the full cohort or dedicated hours would address your problem. The consultation lets you discuss your agency with an expert before making that choice.

For $199, you get one hour with a subject matter expert who has ten years or more in agency sales and delivery. Bring one problem and review it together using your agency’s figures. You do not join a cohort, and the hour creates no commitment to another purchase.

Use the hour to identify the problem limiting your progress and decide what to change first. It does not include building a client pipeline, writing outreach or implementing new pricing. An outside view can help you understand which problem needs attention when several issues seem connected.

The discussion can also help you decide what support to use next. Tier 2 offers the full cohort at $999 if you need to work through how you find and win clients. Tier 1 offers any six sessions for $599 if selected topics cover the areas you need. If the consultation is enough, take the advice back into your agency without buying anything else.

What you leave with

What you gain from the consultation

  • Identify the problem limiting progressReview your agency’s figures to understand which problem needs attention before the others can improve.
  • Choose your first actionLeave with a clear action to start with, so you can work on the problem without continuing to debate where to begin.
  • A straight answer on what comes nextDiscuss whether you need a single session, the full cohort, a longer engagement or no further support. The consultation can be the whole purchase.

Good reasons to buy an hour

Who It Is For

Tier 4 is for digital marketing and software development agencies whose owners need individual advice on a specific problem. It also suits owners who want help deciding which programme, if any, to choose.

  • You do not know which tier you need

You can compare prices and still be unsure which support fits your agency. Use the hour to discuss the problem before choosing a cohort or a longer engagement.

  • You have one problem, not a list

One specific problem has continued for a while, while the rest of the agency works acceptably. A focused hour lets you discuss that problem without joining a full cohort.

  • Your timing is wrong for a cohort

The next intake may not suit you, or you may already have commitments for the quarter. Arrange a consultation without waiting for a cohort intake.

When another option may suit you

  • Choose Tier 5 at $125 to try a taught session. Sessions run Wednesdays, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running.
  • Choose Tier 2 at $999 if you already know you need the full sequence of sessions to build how you find and win clients.
  • Consider Tier 6 for ongoing work on the business. It offers one to one business development at $1,500 a month on a six month contract.

The examples below show problems you can discuss in a consultation.

Problems you can discuss in the hour

What You Get, Stage By Stage

Use the consultation to review a business problem and decide what needs attention first. The examples below show the situations owners bring and what you can clarify during the discussion.

These problems can continue for months because daily work keeps taking priority. You may keep managing the consequences without finding the cause. A focused discussion helps you identify which problem needs attention before the others can improve.

  • I am thinking about the next payment, not the next quarter.

    What you can clarify

Discuss whether the issue is when payments arrive or how your business earns revenue. They need different responses, so identifying which one applies helps you choose the right next action.

  • A client has gone quiet and I do not know what it means.

    What you can clarify

Review account management as well as delivery, and discuss why the client has stopped responding. Also look at how much of your monthly revenue depends on a small number of clients.

  • Buyers keep choosing somebody cheaper than us.

    What you can clarify

Discuss how buyers compare your offer and why price has become the deciding factor. Use the hour to identify what could help your agency compete on more than a lower bid.

  • I cannot keep the team busy, and I cannot afford to grow it.

    What you can clarify

Review whether the issue is how you staff the work or how you find enough clients. They can look similar, but the right action depends on which problem you actually have.

  • A US agency charges $150 an hour for work my team delivers at $35.

    What you can clarify

The difference in price does not necessarily reflect a difference in delivery skill. Discuss the business factors affecting what your agency can charge and which one you can address first this quarter.

If several of these problems affect your agency at once, consider whether the full cohort would provide the wider support you need.

One hour, and what it asks

Delivery Format And Time Commitment

Plan for the consultation hour and time to prepare your agency’s figures beforehand. You have no follow-on commitment unless you choose further support.

  1. One hour, one to one, arranged with you

Meet individually with a subject matter expert at a time agreed when you book. The consultation is separate from cohort sessions and does not depend on an intake.

  2. Prepare your agency’s current figures

Bring figures for enquiries and sales, prices, sources of work and delivery costs. Having them ready leaves more of the discussion for understanding the problem and deciding what to change.

  3. One problem, named before you arrive

Describe the problem when you book so the expert knows what you want to discuss. A clear starting point helps you use the hour to address it.

  4. Nothing is owed afterwards

The hour does not sign you up to a cohort or a longer contract. You can choose a programme afterwards if you need one, or use the advice on its own.

Prepare the figures before attending so you can spend the consultation discussing what they mean. Bringing accurate information helps the expert understand your business without using the hour to reconstruct it.

FAQs

Can one hour really be useful on its own?

Yes, an hour can help you understand one specific problem and choose what to change first. It does not provide all the work needed to rebuild an agency. Use the consultation for an outside view of your figures and advice on where to focus.

How is this different from a single bootcamp session at $125?

Tier 4 is individual advice on your agency; Tier 5 teaches a set subject to the cohort. Bootcamp sessions run every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running. Choose Tier 5 to learn a topic, or Tier 4 to discuss your own business problem with an expert.

What does the agency leave the hour with?

You identify the problem limiting progress, choose a first action and discuss whether you need further support. The advice is based on your agency’s figures. Further support might mean a single session, the full cohort or a longer engagement, but you have no obligation to buy it.

What if the answer is that I need the full cohort?

You can choose the full cohort at $999 for every session, or Tier 1 at $599 for any six of your choice. The $199 consultation helps you understand which option fits before making that decision. You do not have to buy further sessions.

What if I want this kind of time regularly?

Consider the mastermind for ongoing coaching on your agency. It is a yearly commitment paid $750 a month or $7,999 a year. It includes one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. Members attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free. For one specific question, a single consultation hour may be enough.
