The bootcamp in brief
Program Overview
The LeadGenDone bootcamp is fourteen live sessions of three hours each, run in cohorts every Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. You can attend in person at the Software Pro office in Lahore, or online at the same time. The sessions cover lead generation, sales and scaling for agencies selling to the US, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia and the EU. They are taught by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad.
You can take the bootcamp whole, in part or one session at a time. Prices run from $125 for a single session to $1,499 for the full cohort with three dedicated expert hours. Every session is recorded, and the recordings and slides cover up to two partners from your agency.

Who It Is For
The bootcamp is for owners who already deliver paid work and need more of it. You do not need a team, a niche or a US company to start.

Do I need an existing team?
No. You do need paid work already delivered, and someone who can put each session into practice before the next one, even if that someone is you. If you have not delivered a paid project yet, the bootcamp is not the right place to start.
Do I need a niche before I start?
No. Choosing a niche is what the opening session, Brand Development Strategies, is for. It uses the Hedgehog framework, so you choose a niche that suits your agency, not one based on the last client who replied.
Do I need a US company to sell to US clients?
Not to start. The opening session covers the US entity ladder, so you leave knowing which option suits your agency’s stage and what comes next.
Will I be on camera?
Yes. The sessions are live, in person in Lahore and online at the same time, and owners speak, ask and get answers in front of each other. This is what makes the bootcamp a live cohort, not a recorded course.
Which tools will I need?
That depends on the channels you choose to run. The sessions cover which tools are worth paying for at your stage. Tools and ad budgets are not included in any tier, and we do not resell them.

Is every session recorded?
Yes, every session is recorded. If you miss a Wednesday, you can catch up on that topic from the recording.
Who can watch the recordings?
Up to two partners from your agency. The recordings and slides are licensed to both, so the person who runs a channel can follow that session as well as the owner.
Can I take the bootcamp from the recordings alone?
You can, but the bootcamp is built to be attended live. The recordings let you catch up, and for an owner in the US, where the live time falls early in the morning, they are the practical way to follow it. Attendance is the first thing the bootcamp measures, and questions are answered during the live session.
Are the recordings included at every tier?
Yes, in every tier that includes sessions, from a single session up. The consultation hour is a one on one conversation, not a session, so it has no recording.

Is it in person or online?
Both, at the same time. The session is held at the Software Pro office on Green Acres Main Road in Lahore, and members outside Pakistan join it live online.
How much time does it take each week?
The Wednesday session, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, plus a small assignment on your own agency and any time you spend in the topic thread. It is designed to fit around client work, not to replace it.
Do the timings move in winter?
Only for the UK and the US, because their clocks change. Pakistan and the UAE do not change their clocks, so the session time stays the same there all year.
When does the next cohort start?
The next start date is on the bootcamp page and the Cohort v8.0 page, and it is confirmed with your seat. Cohort v8.0 is the next cohort.

You can buy one session, any six, or all fourteen. A seat covers one person live, and the recordings and slides cover a partner too.
Ways to take the sessions
Can I buy a single session?
Yes. Any of the fourteen sessions can be bought on its own for $125. It includes the live seat, its recording for up to two partners, its slides and its resource pack. Choose Tier 5 on the enrolment form and name the session you want.
Does a single session include the group and the templates?
No. The WhatsApp group, the contracts, the blueprints and the SOPs come with the tiers that give you a cohort seat, from six sessions up.
Should I buy single sessions or six?
Choose by what you need. A single session at $125 gives you one topic, with its recording, slides and resource pack. Any six sessions at Tier 1 are $599, and they also include the WhatsApp group, the contracts, the templates, the blueprints, the SOPs and the leads data.
Can my partner attend on my seat?
No. One seat covers one person in the live session. Your partner follows through the recordings and slides, which are licensed for up to two partners. If you both want to attend live, each of you needs a seat.

What is the refund policy?
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the contract and confirmed with you before you pay. Read them before you enrol, and ask about anything that is not clear.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Your seat, the contract and the onboarding steps are all confirmed with you before payment, so nothing comes as a surprise afterwards.
What happens once I have enrolled?
You get your roadmap in Basecamp, with the plan and the assignments. You also take the ten minute Predictive Index before the second session.
Can I join after the cohort has started?
You can still buy any session on its own for $125. The full cohort is built to be taken in order from the first session, so it is best to join at the start.

What do I keep when the cohort ends?
You keep the recordings, the slides, the contracts, the agreement templates, the blueprints, the SOPs and the sales templates. They stay with the agency.
What can I do after the bootcamp?
If you want help with the whole agency, not lead generation alone, you can join the one year mastermind. It works through the agency quarter by quarter: foundation, the sales engine, systems, then scale and exit.
Does the bootcamp fee count toward the mastermind?
No. A bootcamp is a separate purchase, and its fee is not taken off the mastermind price. Mastermind members do attend every bootcamp held during their one year membership, free.
Can I come back for one topic later?
Yes. Any session can be bought on its own for $125, so you can retake the one your agency needs now.
What happens to my Tier 3 roadmap?
It is yours to keep. It is written down so you can use it after the cohort ends and share it with a partner who did not attend.
