Wednesday afternoon in Lahore is Wednesday morning in London and the early hours in New York. If your agency or your clients are abroad, check where the three live hours fall in your week before you commit. This page shows the session time city by city, season by season. One afternoon a week, while a bootcamp runs
Program Overview
The bootcamp asks for one fixed afternoon a week. Sessions run every Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, while a bootcamp is running. The bootcamp is fourteen live sessions, one topic each, from brand development and positioning, through lead generation and closing, to execution. The day and time stay the same, so you can plan client work around them.
Sessions run in person at the Software Pro office on Green Acres Main Road in Lahore. They also run live online at the same time. An owner in Karachi, the Gulf, the UK or the US joins the same session as the owners in Lahore.
The session time is set in Pakistan, so it falls at a different time of day elsewhere. It is early afternoon in the Gulf, morning in the UK and very early morning on the US East Coast. Every session is recorded for up to two partners, so the early US start still works.
Between Wednesdays you have a small assignment and a Q&A thread for the topic in Basecamp, the members’ online workspace. The rest of this page shows where the three live hours fall in your own day.

The bootcamp is for digital marketing and software development agencies, wherever they work. The schedule lets owners in each of these places take part in full.
Owners in Lahore
Join in person. Sessions run at the Software Pro office, and the afternoon slot leaves your morning free for client work.
Owners elsewhere in Pakistan or in the Gulf
Join live online at the same time. In the UAE the session runs from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, inside the working day.
Owners and partners in the UK and US
Join live when the time works for you, and use the recording when it does not. Every session is recorded for up to two partners from your agency.

Questions about the schedule
FAQs
Do the timings change in winter?
Only for the UK and the US. Pakistan and the UAE do not change their clocks, so the session stays at 2:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time and 1:00 to 4:00 PM in the UAE all year. In winter it runs an hour earlier in the UK, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. On US Eastern time it runs from 4:00 to 7:00 AM.
What if I cannot make a Wednesday live?
You can catch up from the recording. Every session is recorded for up to two partners from your agency, and you also get the slides and the resource pack. The topic thread in Basecamp stays open for questions. Try to attend live when you can, because attendance is the first thing the programme measures.
When does the next bootcamp start?
The next start date is shown at the top of this page and on the bootcamp page. Each intake has its own start date, confirmed with your seat when you reserve on the form on the bootcamp page.
How much time does the bootcamp take each week?
Three live hours on Wednesday, plus a small assignment on your own agency and any time you spend in the topic thread. It is designed to fit beside your client work.
Can I join only some of the Wednesdays?
Yes. Any single session is $125 and any six sessions are $599, so you can take only the Wednesdays your agency needs. The full cohort is $999.
