Program Overview
The LeadGenDone mastermind is a year of coaching that builds your whole agency in order. It covers sales, lead generation, systems, team, finance, branding, international setup, AI and exit readiness. The topics follow the order an agency has to be built in, not the order problems feel urgent. The group is capped at twenty agencies, so there is time for one to one coaching and for the roundtable hot seat.
The price is $750 a month, or $7,999 for the year. Either way it is a yearly commitment, and the prices are final. You use Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, every day, and join a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. You book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert when you need it. The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, with a retreat every three months and an international trip each year.
Between sessions, you put each topic into practice in your own agency, and that work decides how much the year gives you. Most questions owners ask before they join have a clear answer, and those answers are below, grouped by subject. Two do not have one yet. Refund and cancellation terms, and the cost of renewal at the end of the year, are confirmed with you in the contract before you pay. They are being finalised, and when they are published they will appear here first.
Is it right for your agency
Who It Is For
The mastermind is for agency owners who already have paying clients and want to build the whole business. Before you pay, we will also tell you if this is not the right year for you.
Who is the mastermind for?
It is for owners of digital marketing and software development agencies who are good at the work but whose business has not grown as far as their skill. It also suits freelancers who have mastered their craft and are building a business around it, and senior professionals moving into their own agency.
My agency is under $5K a month. Should I join?
Usually not yet. Below $5,000 a month, the main need is one lead source that works again and again, not a rebuild of the whole agency. The $200 freelancer community fits that stage better, and you can move up when the agency is ready.
Is this sales training or full agency coaching?
It is full agency coaching. Sales is one part of it. The year also covers lead generation, systems, team, finance, branding, international setup, AI and exit readiness.
Do I need a team already?
No. Several members join as the whole agency and build the team during the year, and the staffing, hiring and job levels topics are there for that. You do need client work you are already paid for, and time to put each topic into practice between sessions.
Should I start with a shorter course first?
Sometimes. Between $5,000 and $10,000 a month, the gap is usually getting clients in, not how the agency is built. At that stage the bootcamp, a separate and shorter course, is often the better first step. Above that, the mastermind fits better. If you take the shorter course first, its fee is not taken off the mastermind price.
What the year covers
What You Get, Step By Step
You get a roadmap of topics that runs in a fixed order through the year. We describe it by quarter, because we do not tie any topic to a particular week.
- First quarterYour ideal client and niche, the full year plan and KPIs, services and pricing packages, the agency website, the first lead channels and monthly recurring revenue packages.
- Second quarterAuthority and SEO, closing and proposals, ads and expos, staffing, upselling, and delivery templates and procedures.
- Third quarterContracts, vendor management and SLAs, lead and ticket automation, reporting by department, client retention, and a better way to manage projects.
- Fourth quarterThe final reviews across the agency, freeing up your time by handing over roles, the performance review, the US visa review and how an agency exit works.
Is there a fixed curriculum, or is it made up on each call?
There is a fixed curriculum. The year follows a published roadmap of topics in order, and the coaches teach named methods, not ideas made up on the call. What changes for your agency is your one to one coaching, booked when you need it, not the roadmap.
Can I skip ahead to the part I need?
Not in the Friday sessions. They run in order for the whole group, because later topics build on earlier ones. Your own priority is worked on in one to one coaching, booked when you need it, whichever quarter the group is in.
Which week is pricing covered in?
We do not tie any topic to a particular week. Services and pricing packages are covered in the first quarter, once your ideal client profile is set. Pricing is reviewed again in the fourth quarter.
What are the named frameworks I keep seeing?
They are methods the coaches teach the same way every time, so the teaching does not change from call to call. Among them are the Hedgehog, the Golden Math, the Authority Flywheel, profile architecture and the account ladder. They are taught in the sessions, not explained on this site.
How the year runs
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
Plan for a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. Around it, you have Basecamp every day and one to one coaching booked when you need it. There is also the roundtable in the third week, a retreat every three months and an international trip each year.
Basecamp
Every day
The members’ online workspace, for discussion, questions and posting your progress.
The Friday session
Every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time
Ninety minutes, live, and recorded if you miss it.
One to one coaching
Booked when you need it
With a subject matter expert, on a call about your own agency.
The roundtable
The third week of the month
Two hand picked owners take the hot seat, about 45 minutes each.
The retreat
Every three months
One night together and three workshops.
The international trip
Once a year
Two to three nights, in a country chosen for the latest trends in the digital industry.
How much time per week do I actually need?
Plan for the ninety minute live session every Friday, plus time to do the work in your own agency between sessions. One to one coaching is booked when you need it, so it fits around your week. The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the Friday slot. The work between sessions takes the most time, because each roadmap item asks you to apply it in your own agency.
Do I get the recordings if I miss a Friday?
Yes. Every session is recorded, and its roadmap item stays available in Basecamp, so a missed Friday does not put you behind. A recording cannot replace the live discussion with other owners, so attending still matters.
I am not in Pakistan. Do the timings work?
Sessions run every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time. In summer that is 6:30 AM US Eastern time and 11:30 AM in the UK. In winter it is an hour earlier in both. Members join from several countries, and recordings cover the weeks you cannot attend live.
How many agencies are in a cohort?
Twenty agencies at most, and the cap holds all year. It keeps the group small enough for one to one coaching and the roundtable hot seat to work. The cap is a limit on us, not a sales tactic.
Does the roundtable replace that week’s Friday session?
The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the Friday 3:30 to 5:00 PM slot. We are still confirming whether it takes the place of that week’s session or runs alongside it. Ask us on the call and we will tell you.

Who coaches you
Coaches And Subject Matter Experts
The mastermind is coached by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. Each of them runs their own business and teaches from that experience.

Hamid Mahmood
CEO, author of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-Z
Hamid has used every agency model in his own companies. The advice on branding, finances and leadership comes from running those businesses.

Umair Amjad
Sales and staffing coach
Umair built the staff augmentation practice taught in the programme. The advice on pricing, closing and staffing comes from running that business.
Asim Naeem
Email marketing and LinkedIn
Asim works on defining your ideal client and reaching them through LinkedIn and email. That experience also covers the automation supporting your outreach.
Who are the coaches, and what do they actually run?
The coaches are experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. Hamid and Umair lead the programme, and Asim works on lead generation and outreach. All of them run businesses of their own, so they teach what they use every day.
Who do I work with in one to one coaching?
You work with a subject matter expert whose experience fits the problem you bring. You book the session when you need it. It becomes a group session only when your plan needs several trainers to work on it together.
Do the same coaches teach all year?
Yes. Hamid, Asim and Umair coach the mastermind all year. With twenty agencies at most, they get to know your agency by name.
Here is what members say about the sessions and the coaches.

Member Results And Reviews
Members and clients posted these reviews publicly, under their own names. They describe the sessions, the trainers and the advice owners got on their own agencies.

None of these reviews includes a revenue figure, and we have not added one. We publish no average, multiple or success rate, because we do not track results across a cohort and any such number would be a guess.
Joining and the contract
Enrollment, Contract And Onboarding
You enrol by talking to us first, not by clicking a payment link. Everything you agree to is confirmed with you before any money is paid.
A call about your stage
We talk about where your agency is now and whether a year of coaching is the right step. If a different option fits you better, we will tell you.
The Predictive Index
A ten minute assessment that matches how you work best to the role and niche you commit to.
The contract
A yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. All terms, including refunds and cancellation, are confirmed with you before you pay.
Onboarding, and the first quarter
You complete the intake questionnaire and map your agency’s structure and tools. Then the first quarter begins, in order.
What is the contract, exactly?
It is a yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. The full wording is confirmed with you before you pay. We do not summarise the clauses here, because you will read them in the contract itself.
What is the refund policy?
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the contract and confirmed with you before you pay. No term is published on this page because none is final yet. Ask about it on the call, and read it in the contract.
What happens at the end of the year? Is there a renewal?
Yes, renewal is offered in month twelve, with enrolment for the next cycle if you want it. Month twelve also brings the final evaluations against the metrics you set at the start, and the yearly guide. The cost of renewal and what a second year covers are confirmed with you then. We do not publish a renewal price that has not been set.
Can I stop partway through?
It is a yearly commitment, so check that a year fits before you enrol. Talk to us on the call first. Refund and cancellation terms are in the contract, confirmed with you before you pay. If a year does not suit your situation, we will say so and not push you into it.
What if the cohort is already full?
A cohort can fill, because twenty agencies is a firm cap. Book the call and we will tell you clearly whether this cohort still has a place. We do not take a deposit for a place that does not exist.
Have a question this page did not answer?
Send it in one line. A coach will answer it, and if the mastermind is not your next step, we will tell you.
Everything else owners ask
FAQs
How is the mastermind different from a short course?
The mastermind works on your whole agency for a year, while a short course teaches one part of it. Across the year you get a live session every Friday and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. You also get the monthly roundtable, a retreat every three months and an international trip. The group is capped at twenty agencies, so the other owners know your agency and hold you to what you commit to.
What results do members typically see, and what do you not promise?
We do not promise a revenue figure or a date. Results depend on what you put into practice between sessions, and we do not track results across a cohort to average them. What we do promise is the work: the roadmap in order, coaching from experienced trainers, and a group capped at twenty agencies. Every number we publish is one we can show you.
Is there anything between the weekly sessions?
Yes. Basecamp is open every day for discussion and real time questions, and each roadmap item gives you work to do in your own agency. The members who get the most from the year post their progress in Basecamp during the week, not only watch recordings at the weekend.
Do I keep anything at the end?
Yes. Everything you build during the year stays with your agency. That includes your ICP and packages, your site, your contracts and SLAs, your reports and dashboards, and your team’s systems. You build them in your own agency, not as exercises, so they are yours to keep.
Is the masterclass included?
Yes. Free access to the yearly masterclasses is part of the membership.
My question is not here. Who answers it?
A coach answers it, not a sales rep. Send us the question or book the free consultation, and bring your numbers. You will get a straight answer, even when the answer is no.
