Find out if the mastermind fits your agency
Who The Mastermind Is For
The mastermind is for digital marketing and software development agencies, but not for every one of them. It suits owners who are good at the work but whose business has not grown as far as their skill. This page helps you decide whether that describes you, whether now is the right time, and what to do instead if it is not.
- Built for $5K to $50K a month

Two questions to answer
Where is the agency right now?
This decides whether the mastermind is right for you now, or whether a smaller programme would suit you better.
Where are you coming from?
This decides which parts of the first quarter help you most. Every member follows the same roadmap, in the same order.
Both questions are answered below, and the answer is not always yes.

The owner the mastermind was built for
Program Overview
The mastermind was built for one kind of agency owner: someone who is good at the work but whose agency has stopped growing. The work goes out well, clients are happy and the skill is not in question. The problem is the gap between how skilled the owner is and how large the business is. Most of these owners suspect something in how the agency is built is missing, but cannot say what.
So the mastermind is more than a sales course, and it runs for a year. Sales is one part of it. The year also covers lead generation, systems, team, finance, branding, international setup, AI and exit readiness, in the order an agency has to be built. The first quarter settles who you sell to and what you charge. The second builds the sales engine, the third turns the agency into systems, and the fourth reviews everything and looks at what comes next.
In return, the mastermind asks for a year of steady work. There is a live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and you apply each topic inside your own agency between sessions. One to one coaching with a subject matter expert is booked when you need it. Because this is a real commitment, this page spends as much time on who should not join as on who should. An owner who only needs one repeatable lead source does not need a year of rebuilding the agency.
The next two sections help you decide. The first asks where your agency is now, which shows whether the mastermind is right for you yet. The second asks where you are coming from, which shows which parts of the first quarter will matter most to you. The roadmap itself is the same for every member.

Who It Is For
The mastermind is for agencies billing between $5,000 and $50,000 a month. Below $5,000 a month it is usually too early, and this section shows where to start instead.

A free consultation can answer this in one conversation, including when we are not the right fit. We would prefer to tell you that than take a yearly commitment from an agency a shorter course would have helped.

The same roadmap, three starting points
What You Get, Step By Step
What you get is the same roadmap as every other member, quarter by quarter, in the same order. What differs is which parts of the first quarter help you most, and that depends on where you are coming from.
A freelancer who has mastered the craft
How do I turn skill into a business?
You can do the work better than many of the people selling it. What you have not had yet is a clearly chosen buyer, a price you set on purpose, and a reason for clients to stay after the project ends.
The first quarter helps you most: the ICP and niche, services and pricing packages for that ICP, and the agency website built to the first section of the book. The Hedgehog and the Golden Math are both covered in the first quarter.
Freelancers going agencyA professional leaving a job for an agency
What do I not know that I do not know?
You have run budgets, teams or accounts inside another company, so managing is familiar. What is new is that no work comes in unless you go out and win it.
For you, the first quarter is mostly about winning clients: LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, data sourcing, and email marketing and automation. Profile architecture and the Authority Flywheel are the frameworks most useful to you here.
C level executivesAn owner stuck well below their ability
Why has this stopped growing, and is it me?
The agency works, but it has stopped growing. Revenue is real, margin is unclear, and every decision still goes through you. The programme was designed around owners like you.
For you, the first quarter rebuilds the foundations: the full year plan and KPIs, pricing packages reset for a finalised ICP, and MRR packages. The third quarter, on systems, is likely where you gain the most.

What the mastermind asks of your time
Delivery Format And Time Commitment
The mastermind runs live every Friday, with support every day in between. Check the schedule below against your own week before you decide. A year of coaching only works if you can keep to it.
Here is how the year runs. Basecamp is open every day, and there is a live session every Friday. One to one coaching is booked when you need it, and the roundtable runs in the third week of the month. There is a retreat every three months and an international trip each year.
The Friday session
Every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time
Ninety minutes, live, on one subject from the quarter’s roadmap.
One to one coaching
Booked when you need it
With a subject matter expert, on a decision in your own agency. It becomes a group session only when your plan needs several trainers.
Basecamp
Every day
Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, is where you post progress and KPIs, ask questions and get answers between sessions.
Through the year
The monthly roundtable
In the third week of the month, 3:30 to 5:00 PM
Two hand picked owners take the hot seat, about 45 minutes each. The other members and the trainers share solutions and feedback.
The retreat
Every three months
A retreat every three months: one night together and three workshops.
The international trip
Once a year
An international trip each year, two to three nights, to a country chosen for exposure to the latest trends in the digital industry.
Who this schedule does not suit
- An owner who cannot keep the same ninety minutes free every Friday for a year.
- Someone who wants the lessons but does not plan to apply them in the agency between sessions.
- An agency that needs revenue this month. A year of coaching will not fix an urgent cash problem.
These are not judgements about you. They are practical limits, and it is better to find them now than three months into the year.
One price, and two smaller options

Who you would work with
Coaches And Subject Matter Experts
The mastermind is coached by experienced trainers including Hamid Mahmood, Asim Naeem and Umair Amjad. They teach methods they use in their own companies, so the frameworks you learn have names and are not made up on each call.
Hamid MahmoodCEO, author of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A-ZHamid has used every agency model in his own companies. The advice on branding, finances and leadership comes from running those businesses.
Umair AmjadSales and staffing coachUmair built the staff augmentation practice taught in the programme. The advice on pricing, closing and staffing comes from running that business.
- Asim NaeemEmail marketing and LinkedIn
Asim works on defining your ideal client and reaching them through LinkedIn and email. That experience also covers the automation supporting your outreach.
Alongside the Friday sessions, members book one to one coaching with a subject matter expert whenever they need it, on their own agency.
Here is what owners say about the coaching and where they started.

How joining works
Enrollment, Contract And Onboarding
Joining starts with a conversation, not a payment link. That conversation can end with us telling you the mastermind is not the right fit yet.
A call about your stage
We talk about where the agency is, where you are coming from, and whether a year of coaching is right for it. If a shorter course or the freelancer community would suit you better, we will tell you.
The Predictive Index
A ten minute assessment. It matches your natural working style to the role and the niche you choose, so you build an agency you will not burn out in.
The commitment
A yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. The mastermind is capped at twenty agencies, so places can fill before you decide.
Onboarding, and the first quarter
You complete the intake questionnaire and describe your agency’s structure and infrastructure. Then the first quarter begins in the order shown above. Your one to one coaching can focus on the parts that matter most for you.
Not sure which stage you are at? The free consultation is the place to ask.

FAQs
My agency is under $5K a month. Should I join?
Usually not yet. Below $5,000 a month, the main problem is usually the lack of one repeatable lead source, not the whole agency. A year of agency coaching would be more than you need. Start with the bootcamp or the $200 freelancer community, and consider the mastermind when the agency is ready.
Who is the mastermind actually for?
It is for owners of digital marketing and software development agencies billing between $5,000 and $50,000 a month. It also suits freelancers who have mastered the craft and are building a business around it, and professionals moving from a senior role into their own agency. What they share is skill that has grown faster than their business.
I am a senior operator, not a founder. Does this still apply?
Yes. Managing will already be familiar to you. So the parts of the first quarter that matter most to you are about winning clients: LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, data sourcing, and email marketing and automation. The rest of the year is the same for every member.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for the live session every Friday, 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and for applying each topic in your own agency between sessions. One to one coaching with a subject matter expert is booked when you need it. Basecamp, the members’ online workspace, is open every day. The roundtable runs in the third week of the month, in the Friday slot.
What does it cost, and what is included?
The mastermind is a yearly commitment, paid $750 a month or $7,999 for the year. It includes the roadmap for the year, a live session every Friday and one to one coaching with a subject matter expert, booked when you need it. You also get Basecamp every day, the roundtable in the third week of the month, a retreat every three months and an international trip each year.
Is this sales training or full agency coaching?
It is full agency coaching. Sales is one part of it. The year also covers lead generation, systems, team, finance, branding, international setup, AI and exit readiness.
Should I do the bootcamp first?
Between $5,000 and $10,000 a month, the bootcamp is often the better first step, because the gap at that stage is usually winning clients. Above that, the mastermind is the better fit. The bootcamp is a separate purchase, and its fee is not taken off the mastermind price.
How many agencies are in the mastermind?
Twenty agencies at most. Keeping the group small means there is time to discuss each agency, in the roundtable hot seat and in one to one coaching.
What if I am not in Pakistan?
You can still join. The live Friday session runs from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, and members join from outside the country. The retreat and the international trip are the two parts that involve travel.
What do you not promise?
We do not promise a revenue figure. We publish no member average, revenue multiple or success rate for the mastermind, because we do not track a cohort’s results. What we provide is the roadmap for the year, experienced trainers, one to one coaching booked when you need it, and a group capped at twenty agencies.
